I've had an absolutely amazing experience being able to take part in their programs. They actually give you all the education, experience, and guidance you need to get into the work force. The staff's great to interact with. 5 Stars All Day
Typical employment agency. The staff is nice, always respectful. The classes for resumes and job search are decent and I personally found them helpful. I have not found them helpful yet. Job searching for almost a year with lots of interviews but no job offers. Their connections are for jobs fields related to their programs. (At least that's what I have found). If people who are (Serous) and are still looking for work over a year into getting your agencies help, then something isn't right in my opinion.

Leslie Walker made me feel like a begger. She tattletale to my worker at Employment and social when I was 5 minutes late for class because I had to drop my child to school and reach Pathways in snow. Mind you...she herself was 30 minutes late on our first appointment!! She openly flirted with male employees in front of immigrants coming to study assuming we are dump
Pathways is a good institution with skilled teachers and very respectful members of staff. In Pathways all students are treated equally and therefore there is good learning environment. Im proud to be associated with Pathways. I give Pathways 100 percent.
It was amazing to attend this Center. They showed me so much respect. I put in the work and walked away with a 90%. I obtained a full time job while in my co op and have been with the same company since. Marci was my teacher and I formed a bond with her. Made some good friends also and now have an administrative career. I would recommend Pathways to anyone able to attend. It is a true gift.
Not helpful almost at all. Used to be - not now ) very rude receptionists.
I've completed pathways skills n trades and I found it very helpful and I liked the experience I've completed my working at highest and my wsib n found it great so I give it a 10 percent
They teach cancel culture. They say if you dont like what someone has to say, get them fired and take their job, who cares about that persons family, just take everything from them.
If you get send here from OW, ask your caseworker to be placed anywhere else.
Amazing place, I completed my L.I.T.(Light Industrial Training) there. Great staff, great support and I've seen so many succeed from the completion of the cleaning and L.I.T programs they have to offer. I don't know anyone from the other courses.
