The online banking experience was really good. I liked how easy it was to navigate through the website and perform transactions. The only suggestion I would have is to improve the loading speed. Apart from that, everything else was great!

This is one of the worst banking institutions in the United States, Support your other local financial institutions rather than this one , Seriously not talking about any particular branch because it's all of them throughput the U.S. ! Will never never open any kind of bank account at Pathfinder , in fact I suggest you find a way to get an account through a FCU , since credit unions don't make you wait for debit cards or charge for checks ! Empower FCU comes to mind with way better customer service and you can easily track your account ,YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ! PATHFINDER BITE'S ALL AROUND !!!

Wonderful! Everytime I walk in to make a deposit or withdrawal they almost always have my account pulled up and always greet me by name before I even get to the teller.
