Ordered a hoagie and chips the meat on the hoagie smelled rotten so I just threw it out and the chips were the wrong kind,I will never order from there again,terrible and cost me $18,I would of be better off just eating my money for dinner.
My favorite pizza shop. Love the gluten free option. Wings, Pizza and Salad are great. Their ingredients are fresh and staff is always friendly and nice. Highly recommended!

always great when we eat in. Friendly staff and good food. They accommodate special instructions well. Today I ordered on line for delivery. I'm not kidding....a hot pizza was at our house in 25 minutes and we live 10 minutes from the store!! Great service!!!
I recently just ate here this past Tuesday night with my husband and got the BEST customer service from 1 wonderful person that worked that night he was just the sweetest employee I've met in that whole store. I went back last night to hope the guy was working that night, I was wrong. I wanted one quick hoagie and got the WORST customer service EVER and I sensed a attitude from the person, and on top of all that the kitchen messed up the whole hoagie. I don't even wanna go back!! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND this place to eat at.
Turkey & Cheese Sub wasn t fresh at all. Turkey is discolored all over. Totally disgusting
Majority of Pizza was literally still dough, wings were good not great and the chicken on the pasta was rubbery. Homemade pasta was okay but pretty tasteless. Highly disappointed. We even tried putting pizza in or own oven to cook and was still not even decent enough to eat.

Great pizza with very good customer service. The cheese pizza had the right amount of cheese and sauce. The regular crust option tastes better than the thin crust. Good atmosphere and interior design. A soda fountain is available.
Pat's is a hidden gem. We have bought food here for almost every party we have had over the past 6 years and they never disappoint. Their food is excellent, especially the wings. I have no idea why this place isn't 5X busier, but I'll gladly take advantage.
Placed an order through Grubhub. After 1.5 hours we called because it had been so long, and the restaurant said their cashier forgot to give our order to the kitchen. We called an hour after that, so 2.5 hours after the order was placed, and they said it was just picked up. Took about 20 mins to get here. All in all, it took almost 3 hours to get our food. The order was missing my salad, and what my partner got had an allergen so I couldn t even share. I ended up waiting 3 hours just to make myself a sandwich for dinner at 10 o clock at night after a 13 hour day at work.
Came in so clutch tonight! Everything is closed because it s the 4th of July and they were open and delivered to us in the city limits within an hour. Food was fresh and delicious and the delivery person did a good job of staying socially distant! Great prices too! I will be ordering from there again soon I want to try the pasta!
Prompt delivery and good food for the money (love the chicken fingers). We've had issues a couple of times with incorrect orders but they are always quick to correct. The delivery staff is always courteous and on time. Pats has become our regular Friday night pizza place!

We've Tried so many other Pizza places here in the Wilmington area & have been disappointed every single time except when we tried Pat's Pizza! They sent us a flyer in the mail & are we so ever thankful they did!
The delivery was a bit slow however with being the best Pizza place in town this is understandable. Thanks Pat's for actually making good Pizza! We'll be ordering from you again soon!

I ordered 2 slices of pizza during a slow time after lunch. A guy came in after me, ordered the exact same thing, got his before me, ate and left before I ever got mine. The staff just kinda forgot I was there until several customers had gotten their food before me that had come after. It took 18 minutes for 2 slices of pizza. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the pizza was awesome and the rest of the food looked great. Staff is horrible though.

Long time Customer. Placed order at 7:21 PM, called at 8:50PM only to find out cashier charged me but forgot to send order to kitchen. Was told it'd be sent right out, food now arriving at 9:56 PM. Food is good but not that good. No more Pat's for me
pats pizza is perfect for ok Italian platters that are slightly over priced. especially if you don't want to leave the house. Their pizza however is top notch

I highly recommend this place. All off their food is amazing. Trust me on this. Their sandwiches, pasta, homemade chips,(just to name a few)you name it, is just as good if not better then the pizza. Everything I have gotten there has been delicious! The staff is nice and delivery is really quick, I was surprised! Definitely worth a call or a visit.

I ordered from here today for the first time . I got a number if iteams from pasta dinners to desert I was very satisfied with everything I received . Generous portions of very good food worth every dime and reasonable priced ! My delivery was also hot when it arrived .

My pizza did not look like this, but it tasted good.
If I could give a zero star I would ! Second time my order was not what I had ordered. And when I call to tell them my order is totally different what I asked for the guy told me he was sure it was right . I know the difference between ham and pineapple and sausage! I asked for sausage not pineapple and ham . And on top of that waited a hour and a half for them to deliver the wrong stuff .
We try to support our local restaurants at least once a week during the pandemic..I ordered a gyro and Fries .. they gave me Gyro & overly seasoned potato chips.. when I called to complain, I spoke with Carlos who said he was the owner & said I could always call another restaurant... yep you re right.. I will no longer patron your store Me Carlos.. I will not order from you ever again.
I get delivery from here never have had any problems..
Always great and fantastic. Until you order online once where the restaurant doesn t even process the order after an hour and a half of waiting. I had to call to find out there was nothing being delivered.

The pizza here is astonishingly good. Quality is top notch for pizza and service making this the best pizza in the area by far.
This is one of many Pat's in the areas. I'm actually glad that there's one in this location as I was hoping to find one outside of Delaware county that was close to my house. The wings that they serve here are banging. They are the best wings that I've ever had. They are breaded and they can come spicy with or without sauce. I suggest getting them without sauce as they're already spiced and you can dip them yourselves when you get sauce on the side.
They must have changed cooks because the food was not good like it has been. Thin crust pizza requested to be well done should be crispy not soggy. Unfortunately will not be returning again.
I recently had Pat s help cater a party with a tray of baked ziti, meatballs and a house salad for 20 people. The food was delicious, plentiful and very reasonably priced and most importantly was ready on time. Thanks Pats!
Would have love to have spoken with the manager instead of here...but they never come to phone... I just wanted to Express that the "homemade chips" where not fresh or maybe because they put them in the same container with a hot sandwich not sure but these are very stale and cardboard like... again wished I had a chance to speak to manager verses here
