SEVERE PEANUT ALLERGY IGNORED BY CUSTOMER SERVICES AND CLEANING STAFF ...
Asked for caravan to be thoroughly cleaned due to child's very severe peanut allergy. It was filthy on arrival. Fridge manky,medication under bed,carpet stained.Bedding disgusting.Moved to another caravan. Son stayed this weekend. Oven not working. Had to last minute get a takeaway with a 2yr old.Told money would be re embursed but refused.Could have a free meal on Sunday but just wanted to leave the park.Very noisy next caravan,having a rave,music blaring,arguing . This was after 10pm and 4 30am.All of us so upset.Spoke to Sarah customer services who seemed to disbelieve what I was saying and standing by the park which I was furious about. Got part refund but very offhand.I would not reccomend this place at all,especially the staff who need customer skills training and the cleaners,well they don't do their job properly. The parkmanager should have checked the caravan for absolute cleanliness prior to the arrival with the 5yr old with the peanut allergy. I stressed the serious concerns to customer services but again obviously ignored me like Sarah was trying to do today in what was a serious concern and the peanut allergy could have been fatal due to partingtons ignorance and neglect.I will be taking this further as i would hate anyone else to have deal with the issues we encountered. Sarah had no sympathy what so ever and just not good enough.The clientelle there has to be desired.
