SEVERE PEANUT ALLERGY IGNORED BY CUSTOMER SERVICES AND CLEANING STAFF ...

Asked for caravan to be thoroughly cleaned due to child's very severe peanut allergy. It was filthy on arrival. Fridge manky,medication under bed,carpet stained.Bedding disgusting.Moved to another caravan. Son stayed this weekend. Oven not working. Had to last minute get a takeaway with a 2yr old.Told money would be re embursed but refused.Could have a free meal on Sunday but just wanted to leave the park.Very noisy next caravan,having a rave,music blaring,arguing . This was after 10pm and 4 30am.All of us so upset.Spoke to Sarah customer services who seemed to disbelieve what I was saying and standing by the park which I was furious about. Got part refund but very offhand.I would not reccomend this place at all,especially the staff who need customer skills training and the cleaners,well they don't do their job properly. The parkmanager should have checked the caravan for absolute cleanliness prior to the arrival with the 5yr old with the peanut allergy. I stressed the serious concerns to customer services but again obviously ignored me like Sarah was trying to do today in what was a serious concern and the peanut allergy could have been fatal due to partingtons ignorance and neglect.I will be taking this further as i would hate anyone else to have deal with the issues we encountered. Sarah had no sympathy what so ever and just not good enough.The clientelle there has to be desired.

Shame on you for kicking vulnerable residents out of their homes at this time. Even after the Government have said they can stay. You've given them 3 hours notice to pack up their lives and find somewhere to go. I hope you all sleep soundly in your bed knowing you sent people out to die today!!!

Shocking treatment suffered towards me my wife and children from staff & The parks manager at partingtons Broadwater if you like to walk round with a zip on your mouth and let staff walk all over you then this is the park for you. If you have children plz plz plz do not consider this park you will regret it. I would not want another family to be treated like we have. All my children are polite and very well behaved. Residents on the site have commented on how well mannered they all are and they are all very well liked . How is it right that a staff member can say to my 12yr old son GET OUT OF HERE WE DON'T SERVE PEOPLE LIKE YOU for no reason what's so ever. My 11yr old daughter shouted at to get out of the play area. And then to top it all the parks manager Paul ward refusing to let my 2yr old baby girl Maisy say goodbye to the parks mascot grunty the dinosaur how heartless is that can only hope his wife is disgusted with him she loved Maisy
Tried to get in touch with the parks directors to arrange a meeting just to let them no how me and my family have been treated by there employees at broadwater. And have both turned a meeting with me and family down this is very disappointing and just goes to sure what kind of people the directors really are.

I stayed here in October for the first time with my husband and two children. I have always gone to Haven over the years but cannot recommend this caravan park enough. The site is lovely and staff were polite and very helpful. I will be staying here in future for any trips to Blackpool and will also consider other locations they have.

sorry to say but as an ex caravan owner on one of partingtons sites I have been extremely disappointed with the last 4 years I have experienced.

After suffering from vandalism and criminal damage during the closed season, I received no contact from anyone from anyone at partingtons.

The security seems almost none existent and cameras which don't work are very deceptive.

From my experience the directors are only interested in taking your money. and seem to care very little about the views of the customers, especially the owners.



I wish I could put everything down that I experienced while keeping my van on a partingtons site but at the moment ii will let you decide for yourselves,

I'm sure those who come on holiday for a week or two have a wonderful time and most of the staff are lovely. its just the odd few, and those are the ones at the top of the pile.

I think maybe its time for the directors and management look at themselves for the reasons so many people have left over the last year or two.

I am now on a site where the owners actually care about their residents and for the first time in 4 years I feel safe and am looking forward to having a closed season where all my garden things aren't stolen or criminally damaged.

Hopefully this may make the directors think about their attitude towards owners and that providing a safe happy environment is imperative for a positive review.

Sorry Partingtons but things wont change until the real feelings of your owners is taken into account and changes made towards providing them with a service second to none.
