The best hotel in Gdansk, right in the center, very nice service, delicious breakfast and something good in the menu card for everyone.

No air, no ventilation and what I found in the toilet in the room is a misunderstanding.
The parking space is reserved when booking the room and when I arrive, I hear that there is no parking space.

Air conditioning growls, windows must be open, which blows unmercifully. The projector is old, it shines fine, but what about how the connectors do not meet current standards. What is the effect of constantly disconnecting and losing the image.
The lack of sound was made quickly but the directional microphone was so loud that the speaker could not be heard.
And finally, the ladies reported a snack in the presentation and beat themselves with plates.

The hotel is located in the center of Old Gdansk. Incredibly beautiful architecture. Nearby there are many attractions: cathedrals, museums, golden and silver gates. There is something to enjoy. There is a river and many cafes, restaurants and shops nearby.

A bit old fashioned, but tastes are not discussed. Clean and quiet, and that's probably the most important thing.

Excellent restaurant. Climatic rooms. I highly recommend!

Good location, it is a pity that in the rooms there is no tea and coffee set.

I came there for breakfast. Hotel. It was delicious, worth every zloty, and even though I am a huge hunger, I was not able to absorb it completely. Kindest service, does not run away, enters the dialogue, only envy the owner of the crew!

Nice rooms, friendly Service BUT its not ok to make an advertising for parking options at the Hotel if there are only 2 Places for parking at the Hotel ! That sounded like a joke to me but it's real. If u don't have any space, don't offer it ! I felt like u make a fool out of me!

Hotel in a really nice location near the Old Town. Rooms cozy and warm. Nice service. However, there is no air conditioning and it is really hot in the heat, there is a fan in the room but it doesn't do much. As for parking, it is guarded 24 hours a day, very close, and you can drive up to the hotel for half an hour with your luggage. Coming back to the location, it's hard to get enough sleep on the weekend if you are actually a light sleeper. They drink, sing, scream and in the morning they collect garbage and make noise with bottles etc. We did not eat breakfast, we do not judge it, but we recommend it in nearby cafes and restaurants

Great service, clean and pleasant. The restaurant is also recommendable.

The rooms are very old. Under the hotel there is a disco, it is not exactly quiet. The parking is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast for 8 way too expensive. Only the location can points you can easily explore the city center on foot.

Nice hotel in the middle of "life". This louder .... but not necessarily disturbing. Breakfast buffet ok. On request freshly made omelette and scrambled eggs. Recommendation guaranteed.

GREAT LOCATION, Friendly service and a very friendly Staff.Has nice rooms...Parking is...Changing you can park on the street but it is metered...6 ZL will get ya overnight.

Overwhelming, .... many sights within walking distance ..... Old town, a treat .... Beds in a double room with a continuous mattress is great, but too soft ....... Rooms could be a little bigger.

The downside may be that the hotel consists of two parts. If you're unlucky this is the morning for breakfast, you have to go outside to get to the restaurant part. The breakfasts are very good. I recommend fried eggs :)

Great location and a decent standard. Clean, patient service and good breakfasts. No fireworks, it's not puro, but it's really cool.

We came to the hotel to spontaneously. The good location of the hotel is a huge plus. A few steps and we are in the Old Town. The rooms are well-groomed, the bathrooms are very large. The hotel staff is friendly and available around the clock.

Purely. Quiet inside. Outside louder but the hotel is in such a place that it's normal.

All around perfect. A wonderful hotel in a prime location. Very lovingly decorated. Clean rooms, friendly service, great breakfast buffet and top restaurant in the house. We will be back!

Gdansk / Gda sk is really nice. Can you recommend with a clear conscience. Friendliness is normal everywhere. Our hotel is very convenient in the old town. Nice clean, comfortable, only with the parking is not ideal, but not tragic.

Generally I did not stay overnight but I was visiting friends rooms large and rather comfortable. Close to the center. Let's say, that the cheapest ones do not belong but my friends were happy so I think I can recommend it

Good place to stay in the old town. Good rooms in two close locations in the same block. Some repair work and noise, will be ready soon.

A nice place in a good location. Very tasty meals. The minuses can include the problem with parking, although in the area I always parked somewhere.

Maybe I will start with the minuses - huge noise, about 2-3 At night people returning from events (next to the club) wake up guaranteed. A small TV, it is known that no one comes to watch tv, but in the evening it is quite useful. Unfortunately, it is a big minus. We were in November, so the air conditioning was unnecessary, but there is no one at all. Behind the door there was a windmill for it :)
In addition, the rooms clean, have their charm, red carpet, etc. - as in another era, very much in the plus. In the standard room we had a kettle plus (attention!) We had a bathtub !!!! We go to different hotels in Poland, but there was never a bathtub in the standard. A huge plus. The location is probably the best possible. Service is also a plus. Breakfasts very expensive ... 39 PLN for One person is an exaggeration, but 20 meters away is a nice pub and delicious toast for 15 PLN.

This is a small hotel,in middle of the old town,it's really nice and comfortable,great base for exploring,especially if your not able to walk far, there is a Mexican resturant just outside door but we never heard a sound and music played day and night!! Everything is within short walking distances, bars, resturant, a big new fabulous shopping mall,there are over 200 shops in it and then most eating places I've ever seen in one mall.the waterfront is gorgeous and it felt so at ease in Gdansk,it was really funny,because at night im a bit apprehensive in the darkness,but here i wasn't, I really loved it ,give it a go and see for yourself then beauty of it x

The hotel does not impress. Very old-fashioned decoration. Apparently everything was correct but I think that for this price I can find something better in Gdansk.

The only minus is the lack of parking spaces for hotel guests. The rest alone +

As for the location is very reasonable prices, although from the outside it seems to be different. Very large and comfortable beds!

A very pleasant hotel. The first advantage is the location. It is best to come by train, the station is max. 15 minutes on foot. The hotel is right on the edge of the old town. You can walk to Mot awa in 10 minutes, to Long Market and Neptune's Fountain in 5 minutes.
Room equipment at a decent level. There are regular rooms, there are DeLuxe rooms with a bar included in the room rate, and even a duplex suite with a sauna.
The restaurant is decent, although the chefs mention it quite often, because the quality of the dishes has often changed over the last 3 years. Generally, however, most of the time I left full and satisfied.
Disadvantages? Not much, actually. No air conditioning. But it is not a problem, because who in Gda sk sits in peace during the day? :-) The second quite annoying thing is very high price fluctuations. The same room in low season can cost 200 zlotys, and in high season almost twice as much. It is not surprising that everyone wants to earn. However, potential guests must take this into account when planning their trip.

Always stay at this hotel. Great location, good rooms and delicious breakfast. In December, the Christmas market is a few meters away. Nice staff :-)

Hotel in a good position. Cleanliness, service, quality good. I recommend to others. The only drawbacks that I noticed is the lack of elevator to the 3rd floor and forcing customers to go to breakfast to another wing of the building, unfortunately you have to go out on the street. Fortunately the quality of breakfast very good :)

A beautiful room, the very center, but the windows are tight - they protect from noise even in the season. Delicious breakfasts!
