I've had 'back' trouble for over 40 years. Mel has been supporting my worn out spine for 15 of those years.; she is very helpful and gives good, practical advice. So often she gets to the root of the problem which other practitioners have missed in the past. She's the best chiropractor I've ever used.

Melanie Savile was a recommendation to me from an existing client of hers. I was seen and treated very quickly which was ideal as I was in excruciating pain and I have to say both the treatment and advice given were excellent.
The treatment was really effective and almost totally painless. I was made to feel extremely comfortable throughout my whole visit and as I was new to McTimoney Chiropractic treatment Melanie explained what she was doing and why throughout each stage of the process. It was always a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, the techniques were never invasive and Melanie was incredibly gentle and light with her hands. I was also given some simple, follow up exercises to do at home, these were explained well and easily do-able.
I had to be seen a few times but I never felt that it was an automatic week on week appointment which was refreshing.
Melanie was extremely professional and my experience was very positive. I would recommend Melanie without hesitation and certainly use her again if needed.
