I ve been trying to get my daughter help with her mental health but Parkside Group Practice said she has first to see a doctor.Anytime I m trying to get to speak to a doctor they always tell me they don t have any appointments and the stuff is very rude.I didn t only called once I call plenty of times and during the day.
One of the most organised doctors I've been to. If you need to be seen on the same day they are able to take same day appointments if you call at 8:30am and 2:30pm.
I've seen the same doctor a few times but as they are quite big I've found You mostly see different doctors each time, but all the doctors have been really good.
A phenomenal GP surgery. The GP team are so well trained, really nice people to work with, and a top team right from the Practice Manager, to the Partners, to the allied healthcare practitioners who work here. Superb surgery and I can highly recommend.
Really respectful staff. Ladies in reception really take time and care about patient. Doctors are easy going and respecfull too, they will explain you everything with out looking on time . It's nice change to see place where every one try do best to help you, not many such places left.
Dr Smith was extremely helpful. I felt valued and informed.
This is one for the ladies to read really. I recent had a routine smear. Based on this experience as I can't make judgement on anything else, I found the service excellent, informative, friendly, insightful and made me feel confident about the procedure and the person performing it. Normally with other practices I'm rushed in and rushed out without a word often thinking that was so quick did they actually do it properly and when am I going to get the results. But this was so professional and makes me feel completely at ease. In all the years, this was the first time someone actually explained thoroughly what they were doing and what results they are looking for and what would happen pending these results... Great service, very happy to be part of this practice.

Brilliant surgery and staff. Saved me many times - even from myself. Wonderful follow-up after hospital stay. Reception staff make allowances for my occasional memory loss. They put up with rude + negative patients with good grace.
I registered my family with the surgery in 1999 and can honestly say we have received outstanding care from everyone at the practice, from the doctors, nurses, phlebotomist and the receptionist.
Everyone we have dealt with has been professional, compassionate, helpful and go over and above to deliver first class care.
The online booking system has helped with access to appointments, as the phone lines can be a challenge to get through at busy times.
The self check in system avoids long queues at reception and having phlebotomy on site makes having blood tests easy although can t as yet be booked through the online system.
The building is kept clean and the patient waiting area has many seats and magazines available.
Parking can be a challenge, but this encourages me to walk to the surgery where possible.
Been with you since 2014 but you are letting us down right now by refusing to offer appointment times. There is no excuse for this. You're excluding those of us who work full time from accessing your services. I can't afford to take a whole day off work to wait for a call so I'm having to manage issues with over the counter drugs that you should be looking into. Shame on you.

Excellent practice. Appointments on time. Just wish it was not such a long wait for a chosen doctor, but seen immediately in an emergency. The care I received when I was very ill was second to none.

I've been registered with this practice for an unbelievable 37 years when expecting my first son, so have seen a lot of growth and a lot of changes. I feel so incredibly lucky to have them, they have seen us through babies, young children, young adults and grandparents living with us. They have been amazing all the way through and I totally trust them to give the right advice. I dread moving away and having to change doctors surgery.
Good friendly doctors surgery. Appointments generally available and they use a modern multi doctor system to get you an appointment as soon as possible.
It would be nice if they stated on their website a "catchment area" if you want to register. I only live 5 mins away and still couldn't register!
