Parkhotel Laurin Review

This hotel is a classic example of when aesthetics are valued over and above functionality. The amenities and surrounding scenery are easily accessible, given the hotel's proximity to all different modes of transportation. The views are amazing from the rooms. However, my AC unit was not working, which led to an uncomfortable sleep, coupled with noise from the hallways and rooms above. Also, when I asked for a cup of coffee at the breakfast bar, a staff member said to get coffee from my room. When I got to my room, I only found tea available. Apart from that, the stay was okay.

Wow. I can t say enough about this hotel because it blew me away. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable about the city, the location is directly across the train station, close to many amenities and a walking distance away from the cable cars, and the hotel itself is clean and beautiful. Decided to extend our stay to enjoy more time at the hotel and it was worth it. Would 100% come back again, also the hotel s restaurant and bar are amazing!!! And so is the continental breakfast every morning!!!

I stayed 2nights during the Christmas. It looks old but clean and compy. Parking lot is just in front of hotel but should get ticket from hotel reception before entering!!
Nice garden with arts some pieces and bar is one of hot place in bolzano.
Breakfast is nice as well but Christmas gala dinner was so so.

The bar is a friendly hangout with solid drinks and delicious snack food. #apfelstrudel
Make sure to not sit in one of the corners where there is trespassing of smokers all the time

Authentic Hotel with state of the art luxury service. This hotel offers more than you can expect for luxury leasure. What I appreciate is to come back to the beginning of the XXth century. In the lift there's a sofa, the sense of custumer care is here excellence. A gorgeous stay on Bolzano, I will never forget.

A beautifully appointed 'old money' hotel in the heart Bolzano. Service, food, rooms all as one would expect and hope for. Bar and garden have a excellent atmosphere and should be tried, but if you don't want to pay hotel prices I'd recommend a less than 2 minutes walk into the main town square where there are plenty of bars and eating places.

The rooms are great, spacious and clean, air-conditioned if necessary. The staff cannot do enough for you, and if you have an issue are immediately there to solve it. Very close to the city center and rail station. Definitely a four star hotel, probably a five star. I will stay here any day.

The three course menu at the Laurin restaurant was good. The staff was sometimes confused. In the price list the wine for 4 was unfortunately charged 7.5!!!

Comfortable Grand Hotel style in very good location only a few steps from train station and city center.
Staff very friendly and attentive.
Eccellent breakfast in a stylish salon.
