Good hotel Large rooms Location close to everything, worse not very nice at night.

Wonderful hotel and all the staff is so friendly and helpful. Great place to stay and easy to get around.

It looks like a gross 80s Trump building. A 5 star hotel for the retiree pumpkin latte set. The room is reminiscent of my grandmother s boudoir, all brass and floral. My room smells like arm pits and the wallpaper is peeling. There is no universal charger. The alarm clock has a 46-pin pre-lightening port for your first gen iPod. There s a rust stain on the carpet where the lamp hasn t moved since 1992. To paraphrase Fran Leibowitz, it s what a poor man thinks a rich man s hotel looks like. Ironically, the Sheraton next door is totally modern and doesn t smell like any discernible body part in particular.

The staff are generally kind. They deserve a better building than this. It desperately needs a facelift.

The cafeteria is ideal for arranging a business meeting with a client.

Very nice hotel. I am an Ambassador elite and used an upgrade so the room had a great view of the city. The room is huge, we actually had a second bathroom so it's very convenient for us in the morning. They also gave me some wine and other desserts each day I was here. Really nice touch. The breakfast is free for elite, and it has great offerings. Maybe not very authentic Argentina food but better quality breakfast compared to any place in the US... The concierge desk was very helpful in the morning helping us getting around and provide advises. Highly recommend this hotel and I will stay here again if I am back to the country.

This hotel is fantastic. You are always welcomed with a smile. The rooms are spacious and clean with good views of both the city and water. They have a wide selection of different room types which is a plus. They offer a nice spread of finger foods every day for hotel guests around 6pm for free. This hotel is well located with easy access to the rest of the city either by walking or taking a cab. Staff really goes out of their way to help you with any questions you may have as well as with making reservations for dinner and/or shows. It is a bit expensive but you do get what you pay for. I don't plan on staying anywhere else when in town and look forward to coming back.

Simply perfect! You pay a high price, but the treatment is up to par! Everything at your disposal .. Breakfast was one of the best I have ever tasted on my travels .. Super cozy, elegant rooms and very pleasant environments!

They did not have the port they offered on the cocktail menu and instead of cherry they put grapes on it.

The concierge was helpful for all things including super classico tickets. The room was beautiful and comfortable. It was difficult for uber to find the location, but otherwise a great place to stay.

Luxurious for others. Excellent location. The wolf and a marvel to have a snack.

I ASK THE PASSENGERS OF THE PLACE TO TAKE A REMIS OR TAXI OUTSIDE THE HOTEL BECAUSE THE HANDLING OF THE GUARDIANS ARE Doubtful

Excellence in attention, seriousness and education. Good resistance of the meter and the waiter. I got a big surprise in which I was thrilled to be my Birthday on behalf of all of them.

Very good place. Due to the covid protocols, everything takes an extra 30min, but I suppose that is the usual at this time. Excellent service, the rooms are very good.

Overly old style and sanitaries... It does not hold to the standards of the Luxury collection hotels. The only great thing was the view from our room!

It was one of the emblematic hotels of Buenos Aires for decades.
But it needs a good remodel
It has remained old and somewhat neglected despite being a nerve center for many airlines (which house their own staff there) and having a huge convention center with shells and several floors of varied rooms.
It has a pool and a club-style spa. Affirms shopping arcade and various restaurants ... bars and nightclub
