So far my experience with Park Plaza is excellent. Right from airport pickup till this time, everything is awesome. Rooms are clean, large with all required things. Food is also awesome. Hotel staff is excellent and is very helpful. They gave me pleasant surprise on my birthday today. They arranged birthday cake for me and celebrated birthday with me. I strongly recommend Park Plaza, Noida if you are visiting this area. I will surely come to Park Plaza, Noida during my next Noida visit.

Great Kebab Factory experience was good, main course could be improved.

We visited this property in corona times nov 2020. Its the pandemic which has destroyed the hotel culture.
The staff was lacking, we had to carry our own luggage, in the restaurent The Kebab Factory it took 2 hrs to finish our dinner as every dish was served after 15 mins.
Amenities like fridge, chocolates, chips in the room were not there.
The rate of the hotel were also cheap. Overall good.

Had dinner with team.. dinner was not up to mark in taste....

We had a office get-together at Park Plaza and we opted for unlimited food and drink package at Kabab Factory. Place is decent and provides number of options for starters and drinks. Main Course has limited options but thats sufficient after number of options of starters. Overall , Good place to hang out with friends

Excellent hotel. Great location - convenient to get to most of the places in Noida. Amazing staff across the board - front desk, food and beverage, housekeeping and transportation. Highly recommended!

Didn't really like it, well definately below standard for a 5* hotel. Broken door.. They should reduce there rating to a 3*.

Buffet was good .... I felt there could be more starters

My reason for one star is their room cooling. Recently had a stay here. It s hard to stay in the room with such poor air conditioning facility. The food also was not great. Very limited options. Please prefer other branches like Park Inn by Radisson but don t spend your bucks and time in Radisson Noida (Sector 55). The staff is good but very poor air conditioning. I had my family along and it was hard to spend a night with such poor AC services. Prices were also high (around 6k). Since it was Radisson so I trusted them but it was a huge disappointment for me.

Everything was good about the hotel except that they denied giving an invoice for my stay.

It's just like any other usual decent resturant. Have been there twice for office parties but found nothing new or innovative.

Food not be great for foreigners, OK for us.prices bit higher than service provides.

Need not to say a fantastic property. Very well located from the heart of the city. Very connected with all kind of public and private transport.

Just next to Noida sector 18 metro.
And surrounded by a lot of pubs and bar and eating out joints.

If you are someone who like to try out things outside your hotel room service. This place is very centrally located for all this activities.

Not as big as the brand image is but staff is very professional and courteous. Good place to stay as its one of the best hotel in nearby areas.

We went for the buffet dinner The Creative Kitchen on a Saturday, the place was not very crowded, food was good with a huge variety to choose from. The salad bar was the highlight for me. Starters were ok nothing outstanding, the chaat counter was good too.. main course was typical 5 star food .. staff courtesy specially manager he was very friendly. Special mention to the live singer he was playing nice romantic Bollywood numbers had a great voice. Thanks guys

Been to this Radisson for Cake Mixing Ceremony before Christmas Festival. The place is so beautiful and very well maintained, the best thing of this place is high ceiling in reception area gives a grand look and the pool area is so well maintained with ample of greenery. You can feel nature while enjoying pool time.
Great place to stay, Recommended for nice, comfortable pleasure stay.

Don't stay here.
They don't treat for mosquitoes.
They don't run background checks on drivers and guides.

They charge about $235 U.S dollars to take you to Arga(Taj Mahal) and the "guide" who runs the tour then takes you to some off site place to buy expensive items then both the driver and guide ask for tips.
Also you still have to pay to get into Taj Mahal.

The whole thing is a scam.

As a foreigner traveling to India for the first time by myself it was a little unsettling being 3 hours from the hotel in some random shop away from the city and my only way back to the hotel was via a corrupt driver.
