My experience at your facility was very good. The Staff (nurses and
doctors) paid attention to my every need. The bedside manner of everyone was great. My hat off to the cook!! The food was excellent It arrived as a HOT meal every time. This was my first experience at this Center
The staffing were friendly. My surgery was very late. I was scheduled for 1:30. I was unable to eat anything after midnight the day before. My surgery did not happen until very late in the afternoon approximately 4-4:30pm. I was very agitated and frustrated by that time. We were moved to different areas before surgery. The staff tried to help me be comfortable through all my pain after surgery.
It was my first time being taken care of at this hospital and it was the worst experience I ve had! The nurses were not attentive with me and did not communicate with me at all which made this experience very confusing also they did not inform me well with my post surgery care, neither did the surgeon/Dr stop by after surgery to explain more information about how to care for my post surgery, no one in there was kind nor comforting when going in for surgery. I do not recommend for anyone to be taken care of by this hospital.
I deeply appreciate all the nurses and doctor that took care of me. They were so nice and made sure I was comfortable. It was a short stay but the care team was a 10/10. Thank you
I was very impressed with my first visit to HCA Medical Center. It is a hospital with a home/family type feel. The nursing staff were knowledgeable and caring. They made me feel like I could relax, because they were on top of things and were anticipating my needs! Thanks to everyone there!

It was was great! Greg in scheduling called me 3 times about my insurance and appointment. then he came to see me before I had my scan to make sure everything was okay. that is about and beyond patient care! The minute we walked in everyone was super helpful and so nice. The sign in process on the tablet was easy. With the construction going on it could have been crazy finding where to go but it wasn't! Very well labeled and nurses walked you to your next place! They take good care of you at HCA!!!
I had a great experience during a one night stay following a procedure at HCA. My nurse, Grace U. was phenomenal!
It was a great healthcare experience. All of the health care practitioners were caring helpful and understanding. I would recommend the hospital without reservations. I am going back for an additional procedure soon.

Except for loudmouth security giving my son a hard time because he stood in the middle of the driveway at the emergency exit and said my son almost hit him! I didn t appreciate his bad attitude. Telling me to be quiet after my surgery!
