Great place to rent from! I have lived in the Campus Condos townhouses for over three years The staff are are wonderful, especially Renee. The maintenance staff are pretty awesome and always helpful. I will definitely be recommending them to people that I know.
I had the best experience of my life dealing with park Place. They are so dedicated to my my needs. Anything to make my stay feel like home. Very clean and if i did need something done which was hardly never they was right there in no time at all. And you cant beat the price. Thank you for being so loyal.

We stayed for one year at Campus Condos and had an excellent experience. The maintenance crew were all fantastic in making sure our apartment stayed in great shape! Renee in the office was always helpful and replied quickly to our messages. The location and price is hard to compete with. You are walking distance to all of oxford shopping and dining and a quick trip by foot, bus, or bike to campus. I ve rented many places around the country but this was a truly great place to live. We left because we bought a house, otherwise we d still be there! Thanks to all of the crew at Park Place!
I chose to live in Park Place's student rental properties both my Junior and Senior years at Miami. I have had experiences with several other student rental companies in Oxford and Park Place is by far the best. Both of the properties I lived in were well kept and the locations were unbeatable. They were always quick to respond to maintenance requests and any questions I had. Overall, a fantastic place to rent from and I would highly recommend Park Place to any current or future Miami students.
Park Place is a great place to rent from! We lived in the campus condos for 3 years and the only reason we left was because we needed more space and there were no available non-student homes. We always had great experiences dealing with the staff, including when our building's power went out one night in the winter and they paid for us to stay at The Elms. Definitely recommend!
I lived in the Victoria Square apartments for one year and really enjoyed the complex. The apartment was very spacious and the exposed brick was both charming and kept the apartment at a nice temperature. Renee is a wonderful manager and was always prompt and polite in responding to my inquiries. Really good value as far as rent goes. I also appreciated that, as a professor, I was not placed in a building with students. Would rent from them again.
I lived in a non-student rental for a few years and loved that apartment. So much character, just the right amount of space and a great price for hardwood floors, fireplaces, and tons of natural light. The neighbors were so kind and supportive as well.
I communicated frequently with Park Place while I lived in the apartment and Renee was always incredibly responsive and professional. Maintenance was always done routinely and with appropriate notice given.
I loved living in Clifton and had I not bought a house I certainly would have stayed longer!!
