I sent an email over a week ago to get a tilt valve replacement for my Yukon II. I m still waiting for someone to call me back.

Our company has been running Park Industries machines since 2008. Having dealt with other companies for other machines, I can honestly say that Park Industries service staff is the most knowledgeable and customer oriented out there.

Park industries is the best for customer support as well the equipment is solid I wouldn t choose anything else for machines for the granite industry ! 24hr technical support is always there to help me figure out any issues I have recommend them every shop that I help grow we are waiting for July for our new Yukon 2 can t wait to run it

Park Industries customer service is by far the most caring and professional support staff I ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Their support techs know their products to the T and are able to quickly and efficiently help you solve any issues you may have. Our shop is all Park equipment and we love them. When we visited Park to train on our new Saberjet all of the staff there were extremely friendly.

Park has exceptional customer service. Parts always available for overnight shipping. The phone techs are super knowledgeable and easy to get ahold of.
