Park Hyatt Vienna Review

Amazing place! Perfect position. Great rooms, excelent breakfast!

Brunch is very good, but expensive 10/10 Kaiserschnarn from 19:00 11/10

I cannot fault the experience at Park Hyatt, it kept the architecture of the bank and its grandness. The room's ceiling height can be compared to a museum or even palace.

Stayed here with my wife for our anniversary. The staff has been been wonderful especially at check in. We got a special bed that is ventilated and heated/cooled. Very interesting and very comfortable. The breakfast has been something we have particularly enjoyed. Fresh fruit, lovely breads, meat, made to order eggs, interesting fruit juices, and it's included for globalists. We will definitely recommend this to anyone who visits Vienna and we would happily stay here again on future visits.

Lounge cute but you might have to wait 20+minutes if you order a cocktail.

Fantastic restaurant, one of the most elegant I have been in my life. The Service was brilliant and quality of food is superb. Great place for great occasions or for impressing your clients. My favourite restaurant in Vienna no doubts.

Park hyatt is a very good hotel. The property looks amazing, elegant and luxerous. The staff is friendly and professional. It was an amazing experience in a beautiful city. I would recommend this for sure.

Loved my two-nights stay at this location. I slept so well that I missed my flight. The pumpkin seed eggs are absolutely delicious.

Just take a walk inside and have a coffee but this hotel is beautiful (check out the reception hall on the 2nd .... wonderful)

When I have to stay elsewhere in Vienna I get upset. That how much I love this hotel. It's so classy that even thought it's only been here for a few years it feels like a classic. The staff don't put a foot wrong, the bars are great and the rooms incredibly conformable while luxurious.

Absolutely high quality service, drinks and food also excellent, prices of course accordingly.

Our family had an amazing stay at this hotel. It is beautiful (we were put on the first floor which has the high ceilings) where they have done a masterful job of preserving the old world architecture & feel while adding all the modern amenities. The staff were fantastic, and in every way. Every morning at breakfast (which is an outstanding buffet) the staff took care of every need, proactively knew our favorite coffees & juices; the housekeeping staff were pleasant passing in the hall; the concierge was spot on with recommendations. We really loved the spa & pool... was such a pleasure to have a swim & sauna after a day of sightseeing.

Always a varied lunch menu, tasty and elegant, service at the highest level.

the service staff at breakfast only deserved 2 stars ...

- when entering the room, 4 expensive jackets were taken from us and muddled over a hook ... when we complained that our things should be handled more carefully ... there wasn't even an excuse!

- the waiters do not act by themselves when refilling drinks

- Plates that are no longer needed are not discarded and pile up at the table all the time until you leave

- I ordered a fried egg with fried bacon from the waiter ... I only received eggs, I had to get up and get bacon myself at the buffet, although it was previously announced otherwise

- We ordered 4 glasses of prosecco and received sparkling wine from Austria without notice

- there was no disinfectant on the toilet in corona times ...

If that should be 5 *****, well then good night ...

The location is great. Boutiques such as Chanel are nearby. Those who like to visit boutiques can give priority to staying in this hotel!

Everything is terribly old, absolutely cannot compete with international 5-star hotels in this price range. Effortable staff, very good location, 2 stars, otherwise nothing special. Unfortunately, a letdown.

If you want to spend a pleasant and pleasant evening for two or in a group in Vienna in a neat and attractive atmosphere, this is the right location. Nice staff, good food selection, only the wine list seems to be in need of improvement. High price level, but overall a fairly balanced price - performance ratio. Definitely worth a try

Fantastic luxury category hotel belonging to the Hyatt chain.
The hotel is fabulous, a relaxed and sophisticated atmosphere. Everything is studied in detail. In short, this is a real 5 star hotel. Congratulations and thank you for a wonderful stay!

the missing star, dear Park Hyatt?

The service in the cafe and cigar lounge area is below what one expects in such a category. A small effort in that area is necessary.

Nobel, good breakfast and not so priced. But in the lounge you get, that is next door smoking.

The restaurant is an experience. The atmosphere is undefeated, the service impressively friendly and the food fantastic.

Wonderful rooms big and high ceiling. Nice staff always friendly and welcome. Being guest here means being at home well served. Top location in the golden quarter next to the shopping. Garage available and coming by car is no problem. Spa is like it should be.

Loving this hotel as much as loving the beautiful city. One of the most excellent quality and Concierge service they have. The head of the Concierge, Lukas, and his team, Kareem, were extremely friendly, funny and provided meticulous service in arranging our meals reservations during our 3 days stay there. The recommended restaurants not only had good quality of food, they also made our trip memorable. Love the room, the spa, the pool, the ambience. It s one of the best Park Hyatt in the world indeed!

Originally constructed between 1913 and 1915 as the headquarter of the Austrian Monarchy Bank, Park Hyatt Vienna took over this 100-year-old building in 2008 and after a long 5 year renovation, it now situated in Vienna s First District, listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

Both the hardware and software at the hotel are top notch. The staffs are professional and amiable. The services live up to its reputation. The location is certainly one of the advantages of this hotel for it is minutes away from everything. Personally, it is THE hotel to stay at when you are in Vienna.

I would like to thank Mr. Oberhumer and the team for making my stay at the hotel the most enjoyable and memorials time when I was in Vienna.

Amazing luxury hotel right by St Stephen's church. Staff is very helpful. Building and rooms are great. Had a great stay. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Vienna if I had a choice.
