It is freshly renovated, but the flaws can be found everywhere. Bad food, broken doors, occasional water outages ...

Halved cucumbers, quartered tomatoes, coffee machine, tea and milk only available at breakfast time. No wifi, games and fun - paid 1lv. Smelly, fungus water and air conditioning. Puked, pissed mattresses; muddy breaking sun loungers. The pool is cloudy like milk, there are bird poops. Everywhere there are high-paying traps for guests in the form of, for example, a glass picture hanging over the bed, three mirrors in 10m2, glasses that break easily, white linen, or plastic chairs and a table. One bed in the room is a camp bed and it is shorter and the TV is not working. It's easy to slam the door, then you have to look for the cleaning lady. I recommend it only to the persistent ones or to those who do not intend to stay here.

For a party-holiday quite good, pool is clean beer tastes (no comparison to German) and you are in the middle of it (a few minutes to the beach). The food is pretty bad, you have to look for something edible to find in the buffet. The rooms are not really cleaned regularly (with us almost only once before). For just celebrating but totally sufficient.

(I would have liked to click on "It Goes" everywhere, because "Bad" is not, but I would not necessarily say "Good".)

If you want to hang out in a hotel and not on the beach then find another one. Overall, no frenzy, but no tragedy either. There is not much to ask for this price.

I rested in this hotel for the first time when I went abroad on my own on vacation. I will say once with a hotel with a resort, we were mistaken, because there are a lot of nightclubs and young people who like a lot of drinking) The hotel itself is relatively good, it needed repairs. The location is good, there are many cafes, bars, nightclubs, a water park, the sea is also in close proximity, the water is clean, the entrance is shallow. If you like nightlife and drinking, then you are here, if not, then for a more relaxing stay, it is better to go to St. Constantine and Helena.

The hotel itself is ok, food very good at least for the present state, all who were previously criticized but we loved it. These drinks are just a joke, they taste like glucose syrup. The rest already a little worse service mainly cleaners are some joke not only that the rooms are not cleaning is still these baby are stealing things and have a grudge as someone dirty the towel (!) When we entered the room was probably with 5 flaws, fear to move anything because they accuse and need pay. Very few sockets in the room. In the bathroom it is not available at all. As for the pool, it is okey water clean, although the color does not encourage, but does not bother. Generally, it is possible to survive although I do not recommend because you can spoil your health.

The hotel itself is located close to the beach and this is its advantage, but one of the receptionists is very rude !!! speaks only English no communication in other languages - treats client like a thief - wasted us one day by the fact that we wanted to take hotel towels to the beach. It is a pity that such a person can influence the opinion of the whole hotel and therefore one star.

Rested in Golden Sands at the Hotel Tintyava3 * from 7 to 15 September. Hotel on the top three: food, cleaning, a place on the second line, no view. Bulgaria, I know well, rested in many resorts. On Golden Sands for the first time, I liked the resort itself, the season was ending, but I was lucky with the weather. Bulgaria love, satisfied with the price and quality. In Golden Sands, if money permits, choose the first line, the upper floors, 4 *. I also liked the area, where hotels: Riviera, Nymph, Oasis, Lotos and others, here is also a beautiful park. Meals take at least breakfast and dinner or all inclusive.

Super cool to party! The staff is very nice and it was always clean (no German standard). It was really cool stuff with the towels made. I would go again but without all inclusive! Drinks totally cheap and chlorinated food inedible unless one is duration tight! From the savings you can on the Golden beach really great food go partly for 8lewa hottest food and often enough only a doner kebab

The worst crap in which my leg had a chance to stand. The service is unspeakably nosy, dishonest, boorish, vulgar and greedy for money. For the losses for which I was not the least guilty, I had to pay a deposit of 20 euros. The rooms have a terrible gutter, the air-conditioners work once, once the sheets do not smell worse than cleaners. None of the service of this pseudo hotel, nor me nor English, I think they can speak in Bulgarian. As for the meals, I do not know how much you have to try to make the dog so removed from the muzzle dinner, breakfast, let alone supper. The water in the pool is filtered once a week by the lifeguard bucket with an unknown specificity. Thievery prevails there on the agenda

The youth hotel in the center of the golden sands is disadvantaged by loud people at the pool sitting in the middle of the night

Food tragic. Egg shells in batter, uncooked, raw meat. In the hotel room the air conditioning does not work and after reporting the fault, the staff came every day to look at the air conditioner and go away without fixing anything.

Within minutes you are at the party area. Rooms are clean and the food is "ok".

On arrival I thought that it would be sufficient as a party hotel ... But when you prepare food without salt and any taste and the drinking water with, if not much, chlorine, you are already disgusted ...

As an example when eating: You potatoes are cold and partly raw, the butter sticks to your paper because it has melted, the meat is cold and tasteless, the "bacon" is cut too thick, cold and not crispy.

Now to the room: the showers can sometimes neither be turned hot nor cold and have no water pressure (different for each room). We were sold triple rooms without an extra bed, which is not available at all, but we were told that if one was available, we could move into it. The floor was mediocre cleaned.

The "Fifa Lounge" consists of two models, there is only one Fifa 18 and the two televisions are in the entrance hall, the Shisha Lounge is of course outside, so that both are not possible at the same time.

Now the most important thing in a party area: the drinks. With "all inclusive" these are available 24/7 at the bar. Anyone who imagines Coca Cola, Pepsi or Ja-Cola or Sprite or a lemonade that is not completely inferior is wrong. In fact, they are three-liter bottles with sweetened, disgusting contents. The schnapps cannot be of inferior quality either. At some point only beer will work, at least it tastes like water.

In general, one can say for the golden sands that the residents there have no work ethic, but try to rubbish you wherever possible. Here in the hotel I had to pay 10 euros because I lost my hotel wristband. Without that I wasn't allowed to go into my room either, because no one could know that I was from here. In fact, I've been there for five days and the receptionist knew me. On departure we were told that we had lost a towel, even though the room towels were never outside the room (ten euros for the lowest quality) and would have exchanged a table with a neighboring room (not broken) and instead simply exchanged it again to be able to, there was another ten euro fine.

To gain something positive here, you have to walk around the world with rose-colored glasses, for everyone else I advise against this hotel.

A typical youth hotel. Food like in Bulgarian hotels average, rooms ok. Nice service.

Staff can hardly speak a word of English, food is underground, money disappears from the rooms when the cleaning ladies were in it. All inclusive is a joke. At the end of the journey they try to impose some costs on you, but if you do not get involved, leave them alone quickly.

Great stay, really in the rooms, minimal damage to wi-fi for 7 days, costs only 25 lvl, there is also the option of 5lvl per day as I am here for the second time, I knew to take the specifics to clean the cumin it is enough 30 minutes and there is practically no fungus in the air conditioning some people reported theft but it was really exaggerated, only 20lvl disappeared so I think they exaggerate the food a bit cold, some really difficult to swallow but you can always choose something from a few others, so it does not bother the pool after renovation a bit dirty but still nice to swim rooms are controlled and, for example, for a dirty towel or the lack of it, they charge a deposit of 25 euros, which means that the hotel respects and you can see the quality at first glance the cleaners cleaned my house once, so everything is normal, it is enough to take the basic things to clean with yourself, in total, it's a nice stay because I think that worth it

The worst hotel that exists, terrible service, muck and bearded cleaners stealing everything from the room just to draw as much money from the client. On the first day we reported all the damage, but by accident somebody from excellent English speaking service has mistakenly lost it. The hotel's protection every night is on the beach chairs, which often ends in the fact that one of the rooms is robbed or someone even under the hotel door is forced to pay the person wearing a balaclava holding a knife. In short, a pigsty shit-shit.

The rooms are newly renovated and really nicely furnished for a 3-star hotel. Each room has a balcony and is equipped with air conditioning and a refrigerator.
The outside area of the hotel is really nice, with its own beach volleyball field, large pool area, hookah lounge and its own stage.
The staff is always trying, but sometimes a bit slow. The food is not great, but okay. All in all for a 3-star hotel in terms of price-performance ratio very recommendable.

Staff very friendly, with knowledge of English, there is no problem with getting along, even basic words with the addition of "signs" are enough and it does not cause any problem. The food is really good, it is known that not everyone will like everything, but you can't complain. The alcohol bar, in my opinion, deserves 2 and a half stars, alcoholic drinks are not bad, but as you might expect, they won't be great either. Cleaner nice and talented (leaves very nice surprises from towels on the bed), although she has a very poor amount of English vocabulary, but still, you can get along. The hotel is located close to the beach with a descent to the beach. The music by the pool is varied and catchy.

I am satisfied with my stay in this place and I encourage you to visit this hotel

The first thing that caught my eye was the swimming pool (photo attached). It looks beautiful in the pictures, and is actually tiled with orange-green tiles, which just doesn't appeal. I didn't notice that the water was dirty.
At first glance, the rooms are neat, cleaned every day (read: washing the floor), but after a few days the problem of ants appeared (it was enough to bring a drink in a cup and put it for 5 minutes and they appeared). At check-in we were informed that towels are changed twice a week, and bed linen once (no information whether you have to take your pillowcases off yourself, or throw towels on the ground), but these things were not done once.
As for the meals, it's hard for me to judge, because it was the first time I had eaten local food, but it was definitely not spiced at all, and the spices available for guests were: pepper, salt, olive oil, vinegar. The broth (very fatty) after a few days turned into potato soup. Breakfasts are very monotonous, ie pasta, scrambled eggs, cheese, ham, tomato baked with cheese or spices. There were huge lines for lunch and dinner, which sometimes lasted over an hour.
The lifeguard performs the function of "cutting from everything", cleans the pool / gazebo / lobby, talks to the girls and throws a ball with them / in them, washes sunbeds, cleans gazebos (he took a plate with two pieces of watermelon from me), brings / takes away ashtrays, washes stairs behind the pool and waters the grass. All he didn't do was keep the pool safe! The rules of the swimming pool hang in a visible place, but it is normal to run, jump head-on into the pool (depth approx. 1.4 - 1.6m), or jump into the water at someone else.
There is only one bar and drinks are served only in plastic. Drinks are made by different employees in different ways (eg a lady with a "Chef de sale" badge poured 3/4 cup of alcohol + something for coloring), some people do not even know what the specific drinks should be from. After a few days of stay, one drink card was hidden. Minutes before the restaurant opened for a meal, everyone was kicked out of the bar, the bartender couldn't even finish his drink.
This is a mainly colony hotel, so be prepared for youth and soft late noise.
And now on the pluses: clean water in the pool, tidy rooms, air conditioning working, most of the staff very nice, beach playground and playstation available, nice, well-kept gazebo to spend a quiet evening, rooms with balconies, delicious cookies served for lunch and dinner, and rationale for the actions of the rescuer - it's clean.

Hopelessly I do not recommend they say that the hotel is quiet clean etc ... quiet, it is from 4 am where the stuff is not tearing his mouth and running in the corridors and banging on the door .. night silence at 23 is a relative concept there ...
Another thing they write is that the hotel is family-friendly with children, I don't know where any playground, no animations, swimming pool like from a horror movie, not filtered, its color is not better, although it is blue in the pictures, which is a scam ...

Nice hotel not too good I would say. In general, all my friends got a great cough from air conditioning. One has been healing for a year, and it still has not healed, so the mushroom probably sits thickly there xD. They didn't do any problems with "lost" things, nor did they give up anything :). Food tragedy, tasteless, such as to just stuff, but it's like eating a carton with sweet peppers or other silicate. A swimming pool like a swimming pool, a sharp nap. Dryer in room smashed. Overall, I do not recommend, there are better alternatives.

Airconditioning is not working at all in whole hotel and after reporting it to the staff they didn't do anything to fix it, food is mostly raw and taste disgusting. The rooms are nice and it's in the middle of whole Golden Sands.

The place is noisy. Who wants a quiet holiday, this hotel is not an option. To the beach about 300 meters. Food-nightmare. Constant groups of Poles-teenagers (noise, shouting, drinking). Inadequate staff at the reception. The attitude towards Russians is not very good.

Massacre, I was there a week as a camp tutor.
I'll start with the worst:
1. I have never seen anything like this in any hotel! On their last day when they check out, they literally walk around the rooms! They watch them and count whether the number of towels and glasses is correct, a broken glass 5lv: D: D (the cheapest crap), towels probably 20lvl - and they look like they already had 8 years. Normal atmosphere like in a barracks, with rounds.
2. Impressions of the rooms? Weathered, the worst are the mattresses - on the springs, they look like an elephant is sleeping on them, all sunken in all rooms, bent into the letter C. (And the hotel was supposed to be renovated: D, laughter in the room)
3. For the first 4 days the food was nasty, greasy, they served the worst gastronomic products, eg chicken wings - wing tips not fully peeled (there was almost no meat on it: D). They brought some kind of "stew" on a large tray in front of me, it should be hot right? Nothing could be further from the truth, it was warm in some places, and cold in places ... as if it had been reheated in some industrial microwave ... Meat - one could write an essay ... The only thing that was fit to eat were fresh vegetables and fruit. During the last days of their stay they improved a lot with the food, there were probably a lot of complaints.

The cocktails are horrible. Nothing fresh. They re pouring a bunch of different syrups into a plastic cup and calling it a cocktail.

It s supposed to be a party hotel but the pool DJ was only there 2 out of 6 days. Apparently cause he just didn t feel like it.
Btw everything is self service. Probably cause the staff doesn t speak English at all.
Oh, and the bottom of the pool is completely cracked. My friends and I hurt our toes.

The only literal good thing about this place is that McDonalds is right across the road.

There's loud music all long night until 4 a.m. You can not relax and rest at this hotel at all.

No Wi-Fi.
No hot water at the day time in the room.
Broken shower cabins.

There are only thousands drunk crazy loud noisy teenagers. They are loudly screaming both inside on the corridors, halls and outside around the Hotel.

So, never stay this hotel! NEVER.

Rooms clean and also renovated, the teamer are the absolute madness, rarely had such fun! Only the food was very bad, but was not bad for the equivalent of 1.50 you could eat pizza or for 3,50 a super doner

Are you ready to wait an hour for food?? Do you want to feel young and be surrounded by thousands of crazy and noisy teenagers?? Do you want to spend the whole holiday without the WIFI in your room? Do you even need to sleep at night without a loud music outside, then you definitely should visit this hotel. Thank you so much for this experience, but NEVER AGAIN ;)

Would be completely redone. Everything was very clean and new. Nice staff and good food / alcohol. Was very nice.

It is on the second line. There is a guest parking lot. Very nice room conditions. Air conditioning, cable television, refrigerator, clean, pool, buffet, nice coffee and beer.

I do not recommend this place because of the situation: the cleaning lady at the hotel took us 6 towels supposedly to exchange and she did not give them back. The penalty for this is 300 L or more than 600 PLN. The food is disgusting and the service is not nice, apart from the fact that it robs guests.

The hotel awaits payment for a dirty towel or sheet. The food was not seasoned, and if someone does not like the Bulgarian equivalent of feta, there is nothing to appear in the cafeteria. The hotel is near the sea which is certainly a big plus.

The mushroom in the rooms, the chef from the canteen is 80-year-old blind, without Ivan taste buds, who can cook so wonderfully that pasta resembles meal.
The only thing I can praise is the lady from the reception and the nice cleaners, whom I greet very much.

We arrived at the hotel by booking at the Booking website, where the page title stated that the hotel is adult (18+).
We arrived at the hotel and it was full of children aged 17 at a summer camp, from morning to night loud music in the pool with DJ and the noise of children throughout the day.
The room is very old-fashioned, an old TV that just takes up space, the toilet in the bathroom was liquid and the air conditioner was very noisy.
We booked a room for 3 adults, and we got a room with a double bed and a sofa that was very unsuitable for sleep.
When checking out, they asked to scan the room and then asked for a fine on a towel and dirty bed linen (which were not replaced throughout the week we stayed at the hotel).

I was in this hotel and in my opinion very good food, everyone will find something for themselves. We were always so fed up that I had no place in the tummy to taste the restaurant specialties. The cleaners cleaned the room every day, the towels were also exchanged, they checked everything at the check-out and they told me to pay for the towel because I left him once by the pool, of course I did not smoke for which the punishment was not getting a packed lunch. Pool cleans the net for butterflies but it's normal that the trees come out of the trees, the lifeguard very nice and helpful, helped to inflate the mattresses, the music is rather Russian but for me it can be. I am happy with the price / quality ratio. I would go again because I can not see any irregularities

The rooms are simple but adequate for party tourists. Free WiFi is available in the lobby but this is very slow.

Great renovated hotel on the golden beach. Only the guests arrive during the summer season and the guests are offered a lot. From a shisha lounge, pool DJ, own beer dispenser by the pool, to the own fitness area is for the young party guests everything on site and allows a perfect party holiday.

Everything just alcohol tastes cheap and food is inedible.
