We enjoy to go out. Yesterday we arrived in this delicious restaurant which friends told us about. We passed a beautiful evening there with delicious food and a courteous crew and a professional chief cook. We put this fine restaurant in our phone list and we will definitely go again soon. We warmly recommend.

I have been here twice. Both times a very pleasant experience! A good mesclin salad, a bowl of mussels, truffle fries and a good glass of rose. A very relaxing meal for me! The servers are friendly, attentive, and not over bearing. I love how you can come in and sit awhile!

I had a different experience with this restaurant. I applied to work there, and was given a work interview where I stayed and worked my hardest for almost 4 hours. I was called back for another interview, and again prepared for 1 1/2 hours before the interview showering, ironing my clothes, learning how to say thank you in French. I thought I did a great job and felt confident I would get the job. The General Manager, Alicia, told me she would call me back on Thursday. It's now Sunday night, and she never bothered to call me at all. I'm so disappointed. I think that is so rude. She could have at least had the courtesy to let me know they decided to go with another person. Instead, I'm left here wondering what I could have possibly done better.

This place was mesmerizing. Indefinitely, the full, 100% French experience.

Upon entering, the staff speaks fluent French with you, immersing you in a small piece of the culture. My personal favorite employee, Brice, was unbelievably respectful and professional. In French, we spoke about his life, his family, and his passions. He was confident and kept a smile on his face at all times, truly an awesome guy. He even owns a restaurant in France!

I will definitely be back here again!

My sister and I frequent the place often. We like the food. My sister always gets the Strasbourg smoked turkey sandwich on a baguette. She says its good. The bread really makes it more special than an ordinary turkey sandwich. I jump around and get different things on different days. My ultimate favorite sandwich is the Casablanca, which is a picy roast beef sandwich with red peppers, olives, onions, provolone and harissa. Mmm. Their quiches are good too. They vary depending on the day. I love their ratatouille. And I love that they have an actual French experience, complete with French art, French music and French everything. My only request would be to add more savory crepes to the menu. Mmm... that would be the bomb.

it is a pity that the name of a city as beautiful as Paris is used in a place of such low quality of the food and with so little and miserable service the truth disappoints me very much to have such high expectations of places like this that disappoint me so much, neither I understand how businesses like this continues to operate in the city of the Downtown at the Gardens is such a nice place that should not allow bad business like this to get that image.

The location was nicely situated, and as an out of town visitor, I liked the authenticity French atmosphere, it didn't feel forced at all. A bit pricey for ordinary things like espresso, but the coffee was good and the staff accommodating!

Horrible food and even worse service. We waited over an hour for our food (which consisted of soups and salads), and when it finally came out, the order was incomplete. We never received the beer or wine we ordered, and one member of our party never got his food. The other members of our party who did receive their meals said their salads were inedible. The arugula salad was swimming in oil, and the other salads were wilted/slimy, poorly dressed, and the protein on one was completely over cooked. When we finally asked for the check, they took over ten minutes to get us the bill and had the audacity to charge us for a drink that never even arrived. The chef and waitresses couldn t have been ruder. You would literally be better off going to the Whole Foods next door and eating from their buffet.

Brice & Emmanuelle, new owners of "Le Bouchon PBG" at Downtown at the Gardens are just awesomely sweet and welcoming. Everything we choose from the menu is very well done and greatly served. Servers are very nice and don't overdo it. They don't use the typical "honey, sweety" which I am very thankful for as I really dislike it. Food is great, ambiance is awesome especially on the terrace, servers are superbe and the owners are as well. Quiches, Croque Monsieur, Soup, Salads, Sandwiches, Crepes, Cheese plate are all wonderful. Why not try the Mussels! Just go, you won't regret.

Wished for authentic & good, but...
Not so. $20. For a few muscles and fries appetizer? Even onion soup just passable. Food just ok, prices, ridiculously high. Expected coffee to be good at least....weak and flavorless, for over $3. Somebody there better get a clue before they become another statistic. I like the idea of an authentic bistro here, but this is a pretender.

Service is not great and when asked for things she never remembered or came back till we had to flag her down. The crepes was thick and rubbery! Location is nice and seating good if table is not wobbly. I did see a waitress waiting for food shove fries in mouth from a customers order under the heat lamps. I tried giving this place a chance again but my dining companion also found service slow and neglected by waitress

My wife and I stopped by for lunch. Waiter was ok , not great Calling this a French Bistro is an insult to French. I have been to lots of French cafes both in the US and in France. Never had this poor quality French food. The bread was terrible. Even Publix has better French bread. My wife had some Pate which was the worst it seems she has had ever. Food was tasteless. Too expensive for the quality. A pity.

Everything was first rate. Food was expertly and authentically prepared and plated, and the desserts were very very good. I believe all of the classic French entrees are on the menus. Our waiter was so knowledgeable and personable.

Hard to find, be sure to park in the side or rear to get to the entrance thru the construction zone. Great Server, the place to have a small group dinner. They need our TLC support, and truly deserve a visit!

The waiter who served us was so kind and courteous, he truly helped make our first time visiting this restaurant an incredible one! My boyfriend ordered the filet mignon and it looked as delicious as it tasted, as soon as our food arrived the family next to us even requested to have two of the filet mignon plates. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Good food, very nice staff. Only problem was too many mess ups. Wrong order, different menus total confusion. Attempts to correct problems turn in to more screwups. It was like I was caught in a three stooges scene.

A genuine French restaurant with the kind of warm and friendly service that you find outside of Paris.
Authentic dishes (from appetizers to desserts), charming atmosphere, nice vibe. Even French popular music in the background.

I can't even give them a ZERO. I arrived and the hostess seated me on the patio outside. I wanted to enjoy the music while I dined. Shortly after I was seated, they seated two people at the table next to mine. After a bit, the waitress came and talked with them, but not me. After a while, the waitress returned with two glasses of water for their table, but the two people had moved to the next table closer to the music. Noticing that she didn't recognize that fact, I pointed it out to her and she went to their table and took their order. The waitress NEVER talked to me. I waited for the next 45 minutes and she completely ignored my existence, never getting close enough to talk to and always having her back in my direction. Finally, I just got up, went to the hostess and told her that, apparently, NOBODY was assigned my table. Blank look.

Le Bouchon has the best happy hour in palm beach gardens! Buy one get one free drinks. There are also a lot of great small plate options. We sat on the outside bar, lots of covid friendly outdoor seating and staff was wearing masks. Additionally the staff was kind and attentive. I got eclairs to go that were delicious, will definitely be back for a full meal not just happy hour.

New ownership are a couple from Lyon, Fr. Lots of restaurant experience as chef and is reflected in their food. Atmosphere, French music in the background, and the wonderful owners, who now feel like friends, make
this worth the drive from Wellington! I know it sounds strange, but the asparagus is life-changing!! Merci! Francois & Kate

The wait staff provided very good service, the food was good. I would have given this location a fourth star. However, I ordered a very basic vodka based cocktail, which was under poured. I would have expected this at a restaurant that under priced a happy hour cocktail, not from this location that charged the going rate for this type of establishment. I would avoid this location if you were looking for a nice couples night out. I would recommend this location if you wanted a very basic french burger, sandwich, pastry, and/ or a coffee especially before or after attending the local movie theater.

Very slow service. The onion soup was delicious, although it was spilled all over the plate when served, as was the quiche and brie appetizer. However, the seafood pasta was flavorless and soggy. Lesson : don't ask for pasta in a French restaurant!

I had a negative experience at this bistro. After spending over $200 for dinner for 3, I waited at the bar nursing a cup of tea while my husband went to drop off our son at his hotel. While doing so, I tried to make casual conversation with the bar tender and she asked me if I'd ever had dinner there. She treated me as if I didn't belong there.

My boyfriend and I saw this restaurant a couple of months ago on the walk back from avocado grill and said we ve got to try this! . We ended up trying it and it was absolutely terrible! Service was slow and it was outrageously priced. There were only two people working and only cared about certain tables. I would strongly discourage anyone to go to this place even during happy hour!! It took about a hour to get two beers..
