The worst service i have ever had. I have had a case number for over 3 weeks, nothing has been done and I still have not heard from anyone.

Big zero stars, worst company ever, requested transcript 4 months ago, sent to the wrong place, messaged them 2ce, no response, paid for another one, don't even know where that one was sent to, at this point I don't know what to do, this company should not exist. avoid at all cost if you can.

I would give this company ZERO stars if I could. It's so unprofessional. The sad thing about it is, that our colleges do business with this cheap company. They have NO customer service phone number and you can just endlessly create cases but ultimately, no one gets back to you. "we do our best to reply as quick as we can" I submitted my first case TWO weeks ago and still no answer. I'm not surprised as others have said they have waited MONTHS. so I won't be seeing the degree I worked so hard for, thank you :) This company REALLY sucks.

These people are scammers. Take your money, tell you to shut up. When you complain, they bad mouth you more. No money, no credentials. Crooks, liars and thieves. ZERO STARS

so far Its the worst and a scam. I ordered my diploma to be overnighted which costs $42 in total. This company sent the package out took my money then the day i go to get it from fedex they claim someone at the company requested the package back after its already paid for in full. I tried ordering another diploma but with usps the total was $17 and im not sure i would receive it. I called and talked to someone about this and they claimed that they don't request packages to be returned but fedex states other wise and wouldnt release my package to me starting to believe nothing was truly in the package to begin with. spent almost $60 for 2 diplomas and didn't receive not one then they secretly requested for it to go back AFTER ITS ALREADY PAID FOR. im am very aggravated with this scam company and advise people to think hard before using this company to receive any diplomas, transcripts & etc. ITS A SCAM WAITING TO HAPPEN!

A completed dumpster fire. How this company came to monopolize the release of my academic records mystifies me completely. I've had to do this about 4-5 times over the last few years, and I have a handful of degrees so it is that much more painful. It is almost guaranteed that my request will time out when I attempt to pay, which makes me re-enter all of my information (At worst), or at best reload everything using my account. How is this okay? So I often attempt to call them to ask them what the heck is going on, usually wait at least 30 minutes or so listening to their hold music, and give up. Parchment, you are your own denial of service attack. Thanks for making me jump through an absurd, broken process to request my own info.

When are you going to resolve the issue of being able to download transcripts with Alamo Community College. Each time we try it gives us a server error and we were told you have not given the college a date when this will be resolved. There are college deadlines to meet and cannot get this done when your server is not working for the college attended.

I am a first generation college student and all I really want is to see my degree, but I can't because it hasn't showed up when it said it was going to and trying to reach out to Parchment is ridiculously hard. I've never felt the need to write a google review until now, but dealing with this company is so bad it really is what I imagine hell being like.

I never received my diploma and it s a frustrating process to get a hold on someone to help me. I super agree that this company should add a real time phone number that we can call for issues we have. I have gone on their Facebook page and on their website for assistance and I m not receiving any help, I only received an automated email saying they received my case and will get back to me and never did...
