So, we took our daughter to the hospital (emergency) we provided all the insurance details to the person in charge of that process back in May 2019. So today we got a letter asking us to pay around $800, which I called the insurance company provided the insurance all the details that these people has on the letter and guess what, the insurance paid the bill back in August 2019. We should be good, but they still calling us, how can we stop these people?

They put a collection account on my credit for $60. My credit score dropped almost 40 points. I have never received a call, email or bill for this. Like really $60!!! This is the first time I've ever heard of this company. I tried to call the number on my credit report provided for this company and no answer!! Unprofessional. Don't apply a negative collection to someones credit without even notifying them.

They spam called me from 3 different numbers all with my areas local area code when they are from Waco Waco TX. They even spam called 3 of my family members saying I would be losing my job if I didnt call them back.

I received a notification on Credit Karma about a new collections account. I never even received any direct correspondence from this company. I had already paid off the account with another agency. They asked me to send proof. I sent it weeks ago and they still have not removed their account. My credit score dropped over 40 points because of this. When I call them they say they are reviewing it. How long does it take to review when I sent the clear, concise evidence that shows I've already paid off the exact same debt elsewhere months ago??? Terrible business ethics.

Phishing for information regarding an illegitimate debt. If they call don't answer.

If I could give 0 stars I would !!!!! Any legitimate agency would send a notification via mail for accounts owed. The have violated federal law by listing an account on my credit reports NOT ONLY did they list the same account TWICE .... but the account is past 7 years old. Ill be calling my attorney in the morning since they also did not send me a notification saying that it was even owed in the first place. Scammers Thru and Thru trying to strong arm people into paying small amounts. They said I owe $54 like really ? $54 but because they listed it twice it says I owe $108

Receiving multiple calls from this outfit who need to speak with me about a personal business matter. Problem is, they want me to verify myself by providing them with personal information. Once I tell them that I won t be providing personal information to someone who randomly calls me on the phone they with hang up or tell me I need to call them back then hang up without giving me any information whatsoever. It s very simple, I call you and I ll verify my identify. You call me and demand personal information then GTFO.
If this was a legitimate matter, they can send mail. They haven t. Shady operation at best bordering on harassment.

They said once debt was paid they would report to credit bearu at the end of the month. We are now halfway through another month and it is still on my credit. Just like they wanted money promptly we want it off our credit promptly

I paid off 2 accounts and the 2 women I spoke with were nice and thorough. They messed up my mailing address but luckily i still recieved both letters via the mail stating they were paid in full so all in all, pretty seamless experience.
