After I paid for the first of 3 levels of the training, I had to be hospitalized for several weeks, unable to resume until approximately a month before the deadline to complete the program. Needless to say, it was difficult physically to get started back to work, much less work on the class, which was dependent on the assistance from my employer. They would not let me pause and resume, or extend the time to complete. They didn't even want verification that I was an inpatient or Doctor's note. They said the best they could do was for me to repurchase the program for half-price. Mind you, I had already paid over a thousand dollars for the class and purchased the book bundle (which was required). Very disappointing.
If you do decide to take it, be sure you have the resources, that means actual dogs and facilities to work with in order to submit your photos.
I still can't believe they would not work with me. Unexpected things happen.
