Paragon is fantastic.. Chris (the inspector) is very very knowledgeable about codes and extremely thorough. We used him for two pre buy inspections and one follow up re-inpect. Very impressed with what he looks at , his pictures, his explanations and his timeliness. Very good value for what you get.. I wouldn't use anyone else but him for any home inspection.

Chris inspected our new home which is a new build. His inspection was very detailed and he took the time to do the job well. He found some things that we would never have found and others that we would have found later and would have had to call the builder for warranty service. After his inspection, he went through his report with us and explained what he had found. Where necessary, he showed us what he had found. Chris was professional, good at explaining things, easy to talk with, and very pleasant. After he sent his report, we forwarded it to our builder who started working on it the same day. For a modest additional fee, Chris will be coming back the day before we close to inspect correction of the non-cosmetic items.
