My family of 4 have had the best time here. There is so much for the kids to do; free kid and family friendly activities galore, massive water park, great kids club, and even some parent only activities like cocktail tasting to enjoy. The staff were fantastic! Everyone went above and beyond to keep everyone happy. The continental breakfast was very yummy. The burgers from the burger bar were pretty average though which was a shame. The poolside BBQ was great and yummy. The pizzas were to die for! We suggest the truffled mushroom, BBQ chicken and the Hawaiian
We stayed in a junior bunkhouse and it was pretty good. Bathroom was a good size with clean towels daily. Queen sized bed was comfortable, the bunk bed mattresses were a bit hard but the kids didn't mind. A bit dusty and some of the decals were peeling but all things considered thats not too bad.
For our eldest birthday they delivered balloons to our door which he thought was fantastic and really made his day special.

Great family friendly resort with heaps to keep kids of all ages entertained, slides, pool, day and night activities, ice-skating, magicians, outdoor cinema, something almost every 15 minutes. Food and drinks available pool side.
The resort is being upgraded in stages, at the beginning of 2021 the lobby and one wing of accommodation had been freshly remodeled, the restaurant and bar areas looked like they were updated a few years ago (but we heard they were going to be upgraded again next), and the other 3 accommodation wings had not been upgraded for quite a while.

This was one of our favourite getaway destination 10+years ago. When I arrived after a flight from Melbourne we needed a place to rest. I was pleasantly surprised with the upgraded and fresh reception look. However,

Negatives:
- extra $20 to park in the facility
- lack of walkway signage
- meals were over priced
- felt like I was in a play centre. Wine and drinking glasses were plastic
- old carpets
- dark corridors
- musty smell through out

King bunkhouse room
- overwhelming smell of bleach
- old bathroom fixtures
- bathtub felt unsafe/unsteady/uneven surface areas.
- our bedroom view was of the construction area within the facility.
- old carpets
- looks old and outdated.
- Furnishings are old.

Positives:
- option of extended stay
+$20 up to 12noon
+$40 up to 4pm

Ended up paying close to $300 for accommodation only.

For the price we paid, it was definitely overpriced.! The pictures didn t match the facility apart from reception area.

We've been a few times and would happily stay again.
Food is always great!
Options for everyone.
Staff are fab! Always happy to help out and chat to the kids.
Honestly I think I'd go insane dealing with so many kids all day everyday so I really appreciate all the effort!
Thanks!

This is the second time we have stayed here & will again. Amazing venue & helpful staff. My kids absolutely loved ALL the kids activities & reasonably priced too!
Staff were very accommodating to us when required due to border closures etc and made it very simple to rebook our holiday.
Can t wait for the renovations to be done and see what they re like! Well done Paradise Resort!

Reception clean and nice but the rooms dirty and very basic . Bed side lamps didn t work. The lift is that noisy kept us awake at night. Quite feral. Guest staying next to us had a threatening conversation in the phone for hours made us feel uncomfortable, had to ask them to be quiet
Understand it s a kids resort but I wouldn t stay there ever again. Really pricey for what you got. Felt creepy walking through the corridors
Wouldn t recommend at all a lot better places to stay. Checked out early. Decided to stay elsewhere.. I would not call it a holiday to small for the snout of people and children. Disgusting

Paradise resort is fantastic to entertain the family, with wonderful staff and lots for the kids to do including kids club, games room etc my little one enjoyed herself the restaurants and little convenience store were great too, however the only downfall I had was the fact that I was awoken to power tools each morning sometimes as early as 8:30 due to construction work. Had I been notified of this I would have changed my days of my stay, so what was meant to be a relaxing holiday turned out to be a loud disruptive one, the only relief was if I got up and went out for the day or it was the weekend it was a shame no one should have to listen to such noise on a holiday. If there is construction work that is being done perhaps, a little consideration to notify guests wouldn't go astray as it was a little frustrating other than that it was good.

Really good set up for families. Aqua park is brilliant and a good size. Plenty of fun to be had. Whilst there are some chairs and tables in the shade around the pool and aqua park are I think they could do with some more. Plenty of adults frying in the sun whilst watching their kids. The recent remodel looks fantastic and fresh and is a huge improvement on the old look. All in all a great place to visit and all within a short stroll to beautiful beaches.

This is definitely a resort for kids. Loads of activities to do, paid and unpaid, there's a kid's club if you want to have a nice dinner for a few hours without the kids (big plus). Ice skating ring on-site is also handy. We we were in a room right next to a lift so that was one of the downside but Shannon was really great and he helped us with moving to another room the next night. If you don't like noise stay away from poolside rooms! If you can get a good package this is a great getaway for the kids.

This is a kids paradise literally. We have had nothing but amazing customer service from all employees from the reception, servers to house keeping. The choice of activities is huge so many varied options that caters for all tastes and experience levels. I highly recommend this kids resort. The accommodation are simple but clean and plenty of room for all size families. We had a double room one room had 2 sets of bunks (4 beds) and the main room had a queen size bed and a super single bed a total of 7 people comfortably catered for. Thank you paradise resort we will definitely be back.
