Paradise chevrolet Review

Fast oil change got me in n out. Super nice. The lot was a little thin on new cars. Always my go to Chevy dealer.

Friendly, helpful, professional. I have been sharing my experience with all of my friends, colleagues and family. This is the second car I have bought from Becky Young. She is always gracious and responsive. Two days after I bought my car, on Saturday, I had a warning light about a low tire. I went to 4 gas stations to put air in the tire. All of the air pumps in those stations were out of service. I was on my way to another gas station when I realized the dealership was on the same street. I pulled in to the dealership and the service bay had just closed. I saw Cindy Godina who worked with me on the financing. I interrupted a meeting between her and her colleagues and told her my story. One of the gentlemen jumped up and went to see if someone in the service department was still there. Doug was there and he re-opened to put air in my tire. I returned on Monday morning, the service department took me in right away. They replaced my tire and I made it to work in good time. I am very pleased with way I was treated and the efficiency of everyone involved.

I was great from the phone call with Iris who was phenomenal she made a tentative appointment to view the car no pressure and when we went in, we spoke with Tyler who was even more amazing! He was super knowledgeable about the Traverse and made sure if we had questions felt comfortable at no point was there any pressure to buy! Which is very amazing. When we decided to look at the numbers he was honest and wanted to know where our comfort level was there was no haggling he was direct and got us where we needed to be! When it came to finance Cindy was ready to go and even when the computer program went down she pulled out the old fashion paper and got it taken care of for us in a very timely manner! Overall one of the best car buying experiences I definitely recommend Paradise Chevrolet!!

I bought a beautiful certified used 2020 chevy malibu and loved it. The car is beautiful and has all the bells and whistles. The sales person Leonard was really nice & was so helpful. Definitely going to buy from paradise Chevrolet again in future.

I took my 2012 suburban in for an airbag recall. There was a notification light on the dash. The service man checked the light on his computer monitor and found it was an oxygen sensor. I will have that replaced. He was so kind. Said he wouldn't let a family member leave without checking the light on the dash so he didn't want me to leave and possibly break down not knowing what was the problem. This dealership has always treated me so well when I bring my car in for service. Love my suburban (it's our second one) and I love this dealership. Our next vehicle will be bought from Paradise Chevrolet.
