We have stayed here multiple times. Our condos are always clean, quiet, and family friendly. It is centrally located. The beach is amazing here. Worth every penny.

The location is great. We could see the surfers, ships and birds from our window. The grocery store, shops, and restaurants were very close. The view was fantastic. However, to our dismay, the bed linens had not been changed and were full of grit and hair. So bring your own sheets and also a can opener if you need one.

The room we rented in 2020 was nice. We were in a room on the south end of the building on the second floor. Main area had small bath, kitchen, dinning table, and living area. Balcony off of living area. Go upstairs to sleeping area. Very large master bedroom. Another room for 3 kids was good. A little small. It let out to a balcony facing the parking area. One bathroom upstairs. Pool was good. Close beach area and not too busy.

BEAUTIFUL view at a great price. The bed was SO soft! Everything was clean, the kitchen sticker with pots, pans, dishes, a hairdryer, dish washer along with detergent....everything you could need. I would highly recommend!

Very well appointed and comfortable location. The view is spectacular of the ocean. Nice private pool and beach. Well cared for property. Everyone is friendly and any issues dealt with immedistely. Our 4th year here and we'll be back.

This place is absolutely amazing ..BEAUTIFUL beach views from balcony . Beach is right out ur back door . Soo sop many close beaches. Famous cocoa beach pier only 20 mins away. Heated pool...all amenities needed. In love with this place and will most definitely be returning

Recommended to all families looking to travel. Cindy is fantastic, accommodated our trip for 2 extra days. House was the perfect size. Our views were to die for. We will be returning!! Also, The MT on property took time out to teach us about FL and gave us great recommendations. Obviously after his shift. Lol. Super friendly, basically we all made a great friend!! We are counting down the days to go back. If you're small town folks looking for a small town private vacation spot this is the place for you!!

This place was amazing! This unit had updated features and everything I needed was provided. Conveniently across the street is a Dunkin Donuts and a Publix grocery store. I viewed the most amazing sunrises and sunsets from the living room balcony and the sound of the waves from the master bedroom put me to sleep every night. Another nice thing was the in-unit washer and dryer...that was very convenient! I have absolutely no complaints and I would highly recommend this unit and rental company.

Nice and quiet place to vacation. The beach is nice with few people. You can easily walk across the street for Taco Bell, Subway, pizza, Publix Grocery, Dollar store and more. The heated pool is nice and clean. We didn't bring our dog, but it is a Dog friendly place. You can also see when SpaceX launches from Cape Canaveral.

Great location and very pet friendly. They have two dog areas , one for small dogs and one for big dogs. There is a Publix and a few restaurants across the street in walking distance. The units are individually owned so some are we kept while others need some TLC and updates.
