They actually answer the phone and helped me with all my questions even before I ordered an appraisal. I also wanted a floor plan of my home for listing my house. They did a great job at a fraction of what others are charging.

Appraisals of Southwest Florida, located in Naples did our business inspection for the bank. Kathy arrived on time for the inspection and she was very professional and friendly. She took the time to make sure she understood what construction had taken place. I was very happy and the process was very easy.

I was very impressed by Kathy and her team at Appraisals of Southwest Florida! I have walked through at least half a dozen appraisals in the past, but this was the first time anyone took the time to talk to me about the process and gave me a pretty clear idea about how they would arrive at the appraisal number. In addition, it was certainly the only time I was able to call to get any clarification about the report after the appraisal was done. The report was right on target with comps for homes in my area of Naples Florida. I definitely highly recommend them!!!!

Kathy is the BEST In Naples, Florida!! Kathy was great to work with. She was timely, professional and extremely thorough in her report. It was reassuring to see the accuracy of the comparables she was able to find and she explained her adjustments clearly. I will never make the same mistake again to deal with this company. they valued my house below the price bought at markets lowest price in 2013. per the appraisal value they gave me, it look like collier county has been ripping me off on taxes because they have a higher appraisal on the house then this company gave me.

Domt give me mumbo jumbo of out house is our castle...you moron of an appraiser compared my house to a 37 year old house with 1500 less sqft AMD still gave them more money. so spare me your con artist lines and admit you have a moron working here that is cluless.

They did a great job. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because they could not come out the same day. But they did make a Saturday appointment.

They were extremely helpful, patient and informative, not your typical tell you anything with a bad attitude to get you off the phone in a hurry type we are all to familiar with. I saved them into my contacts and will use them again in the future.
