Food is bad. Service staff is good. But we have sometime with friend

Not family. Catering mostly to group activities, this place has above average foods, but lacks the usual noises associated with smaller, familial atmosphere.

Went to a wedding reception there & it was great! The owner & son were fantastic hosts & everything went well, no complaints.

Venue was absolutely stunning. Don't really know until you really walk through the front door. Everybody that attended the party was just amazed with the place. Tom the owner, when i first called, he insisted i come in to check out the place. Very very friendly gentleman along with his workers. There was a party before ours and they absolutely cleaned up that place in less than an hour. Everything i had asked for they accomodated very generously. Food was very delicious, great comments from friends and family who attended. Definitely reccomend this place, and I'd love to have more parties here.

Very rich all very good place I recommend a lot of variety of food

At the first moment you arrive in this place team give you an excellent feeling. Very comfortable crew, it is a nice place to to go out with your friends or with your date. delicious cooking, talented chef de cuisine, competitive pay and attentive service. Highly recommended.

We hired Paracel through a recommendation from our venue. We met with Matthew and his father for a tasting and everything was amazing. Pricing was very reasonable compared to other caterers we were looking at. Matthew was very pleasant to work with and we had high hopes that everything was going to be amazing the day of our wedding.

The day of the wedding, they showed up late to our venue. This was extremely problematic because we could not set up the center pieces until they lazy susans they were to provide were in place. While the I received many compliments regarding the quality of the food, the service to the tables on the other half of the venue (furthest from the kitchen) was extremely slow. When I was table greeting, I noticed that the tables by the kitchen were one or two course ahead from the tables on the other side of the dance floor. This was very disappointing since a huge majority of my family were on that side.

The worst part of all is that they forgot to serve my cake. At about 9:30, I looked over at our stage and realized that my cake was still sitting there. When I finally found my coordinator, she went to talk to the caterers. The cake ended up not being served until past 10:30 when most of my guests were gone. Only the middle tier was served and there was an entire tier left at the end they asked what we wanted to do with it. We told them to keep it, but turns out the cake stand rental pieces were in that tier still. When I went to return my rentals, I was informed I was missing half of it and they did not want to refund me. As the cake was done through Paracel, I had Van's take it up with them because it was due to them that I did not have all my rental pieces.

Matthew was not present the day of my wedding, I imagine he was at the restaurant where they probably had another wedding, but I feel like things would have gone more smoothly had he been handling things that day. The situation with the cake and the slow service was very upsetting to me, but of course none of my guests knew any better (but they did make comments) so all in all, at least they enjoyed the food.

Great place i took my disabled asian son Andy there and the customer service was excellent in dealing with his spastic outbursts.

We went here for my cousin s wedding reception and the service was amazing. Great food and services for this event. If your looking for a wedding reception this is it.

Very generic chinese restaurant with blase food, can be a great venue for parties however.

I've been to a few weddings here and I've grown to love the place. Very humble and amazing staff who take care of you well. The food is great, especially the roast duck, lobster noodles, and taro dessert!

This spot is superb and broad, the meals was delicious and the prices were very economical. fast, effective service and very affable staff members. Recommended.

Matthew and his parents are Godsends! Where else can you book food catering, a full bar, a venue, and an awesome DJ! Look no further, here s your one stop shop! Listen to the other reviews and do yourself a favor and book Paracel for your wedding, birthday, large family gatherings. They are so accommodating. Matthew does a great job of answering your questions. My main concern was if the food from the tasting was going to taste the same day of the wedding. Our guests loved the food! No complaints there! The bar was stocked. And the bartenders knew how to mix perfectly portion drinks! The wedding went smoothly. And our guests of 370 had so much fun!

Went for a wedding the food was good, the presentation was good too. Everyone is friendly. The only downfall, the floor is slippery.

Great venue for a wedding reception with a charismatic MC to guide the night. Food was delicious.

Was there last night and the DJ he's also a bartender(dresses like Carlton)decided to turn off the music to scream at a guest. Totally uncool and unprofessional. Killed the vibe at my boyz wedding. Great job bud!! You killed it literally. Other than that the walnut shrimp was bomb and so was the beauty and the beast intro for the servers. If you book this place get a DJ without any emotional baggage. Worst!!

Went here for a wedding, cute place, family run business with decent food - 10 course meal selections, with Lobster seafood and more.

Would surely recommend trying this spot. Excellent character, yummy food, fantastic service. Keep up the good work.

We like a lot to go out. Yesterday we visited this fine restaurant which we didn t know before. We had a delightful time there with exceptional food and a courteous team and a great cuisine. We put this place in our phone list and we will certainly come back very soon. We deeply recommend.

I came here for a wedding reception/banquet. The kitchen was adjacent to the banquet hall so the noise was kind of disturbing during the ceremony. I can't judge their food on any regular day, but I was not impressed by their 10-course meal. They used the wrong type of noodle for the lobster yee mien, low-grade ingredients for their other dishes. Peking duck was poorly prepared and the skin wasn't thin and crispy as it should be. Dirty dishes were exchanged unless we asked them to.

We arrived at this place for a meeting. my friend recommended this spot. Well, it was very successful. The crew were very polite and we felt fantastic. The food was just great. We enjoyed every moment and we will visit this place again. we highly recommend this place.

This is doubtless one of the coolest place in the area. Every time I visit this place I am exceedingly glad. They keep their very high standard service and the topmost level of dishes they provide. You definitely will enjoy this this restaurant. Very recommended.

This place knows how to satisfy their customers. Consistently with a very friendly approach. The food is fairly priced, always delightful and neat.

Front looks dirty but the the interior and staff are great

They are on the ball as far as parking, decorations, food and service. Can't comment on the price but I am sure they are competitive

Small hall for parties. They serve up full course meals which are nice. The parking is a bit terrible.

No bar no cocktails no beer on tap only bottled beer sux for smells like bad fish
