We booked the tour spur of the moment (we thought Covid had them all shut down) but they had availability for the 45 minute tour. I called them, per the website instructions, and they confirmed our flight time and check in time. We watched a safety video and actually left early because everyone booked was there. The employees were very helpful, polite and professional. Dave, our pilot, was polite, informative and threw in cheesy puns during his narrations. It was all in good fun and the Grand Canyon blew our minds. The music being played when we came over the rim built it up even more. Enjoyed the entire ride! Was exactly what I was looking for in a helicopter experience. I will recommend it to my family and friends.

The entire experience from booking a tour to boarding the helicopter was very efficient and communication was great! I had to reschedule my tour due to personal reasons and I was pretty indecisive about what date I wanted to diary the tour out to. I contacted Papillon by email and they were very quick in responding to my request to change the date as well as provide the next available dates. Not once did I have to reach out to follow up. That's how good their communication is! I'd like to mention that I have never been on an air plane or helicopter before, I try to stay as close to the ground as possible lol. The pilot Roy, I believe that was his name, was so steady in the way he operated the helicopter. He checked in with us from time to time to make sure we were all doing okay. The views were absolutely AMAZING! Definitely worth it.

Great all around. Professional airport, kind staff and passionate pilot who guided us around the north rim. Everything felt very safe.
The pilot talks to you through a headset and tells you about the GC. As you approach the rim, she even played cool music (2001: A Space Odyssey and other fund stuff like Danger Zone from Top Gun )
Definitely something that should be on bucket lists everywhere.

I highly recommend seeing the Grand Canyon up close and personal in a helicopter, awe inspiring views you can't get any other way! We had a great tour with our pilot Dan! He had a delightful demeanor and great corny jokes!
We paid the extra for front seats and it was definitely worth it!

Amazing! Best way to see the Canyon. We did the Imperial tour. Well worth it. Pilot was helpful and professional. Great tour and informative. Ride was smooth event considering the windy day. Highly, highly recommend!

This is the most amazing way to see the canyon. We took the imperial tour and worth every penny. As beautiful as the Canyon is from the rim or trails, it is impossible to appreciate it s grandeur until you see it with Papillon. Our pilot was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and entertaining. The Papillon ground staff was equally so.
