Kind, friendly, and exceptional customer service! I took my daughter to get her ears pierced and they were wonderful. Even after she lost the new earring and we couldn t get it back in that night, they took great care of her and got the ear Re-pierced. I would recommend this adorable store to anyone in the Grand Rapids/Rockford area!

Absolutely LOVE the Paperdoll Boutique!!! The selections are stylish and unique so you don t have to worry about everyone in town having the same outfit as you. They are 100% on trend with the modern women. Moreover, the staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. They are all upbeat and eggar to help you find pieces that make you feel as beautiful as you naturally look. I recently bought a pair of jeans from them and I have never felt better about myself! I went back and custom ordered 4 more pairs! I can t say enough positive things about this little boutique. You are missing out if you don t venture in and shop around. The clothing is trendy, great quality, priced well, and they had an awesome clearance rack. There were also awesome accessories, cool knick knack gifts and footwear as well. All around great shopping experience, I'll be back!
Way too expensive, the exact same quality can be found at JADES, right down the road and their prices are much better.
