This is a tough one for me to leave 4/5 stars on. I d love to do 5 but I have to be honest and look at the full experience besides how beautiful and cool this place is. The views, beach, pools, and jungle cabanas are amazing. All 5/5. The restaurant and the prices are 4/5. We stayed here during COVID-19, so it was absolutely lovely to have the place be at 1/3 capacity, it felt like such a serene and hidden gem. The restaurant service was a bit slow and sloppy. Often we wouldn t get what we ordered, especially when we modified orders. So I feel like based on the prices, they should be able to deliver a better experience. Otherwise this is a very lovely place, will be back.

The staff is very nice and the views are beautiful with nice bed set ups. BUT the drinks are so overpriced. I m from nyc and I would never pay over $10 for a mimosa there. I was shocked when we got our bill and they charged us $15 for a mimosa. It s insanely overpriced. Also the beach is very rocky and hard to swim in. The food was delicious, but I ve had better and it really doesn t merit such high dollar signs. Still shocked at fifteen dollars for a mimosa when they re usually around 8 dollars in New York. Unbelievable

I was really nervous to stay here after reading the negative reviews. While I can see where some are coming from, it seems like many of them didn t know where they were going. This hotel is a party on the weekends. It is not appropriate for kids to stay here on the weekends. To put it in perspective, you are asked to sign a waiver upon check in and are not allowed to record or take photos at the parties. If you re into partying, you ll love it. If you re into raves or music festivals, you ll love it even more. The resort is absolutely stunning, the food is seriously incredible and the service is impeccable. The employees really serve the guests. It about a 5 minute walk from restaurants and shops. The downsides are that it s about 20 minutes from the Tulum strip during rush hour traffic and the mini split AC unit in the hotel rooms really isn t enough to be comfortable at all hours of the day. We did find two bugs in our room, but it s a hut in the middle of the jungle so that s probably unavoidable so I can t fault the hotel for that. Ladies, bring a compact mirror if you plan on wearing makeup because the bathroom is incredibly dark. This hotel is quite an experience. If you want a 5-star ultra luxurious resort, this hotel is not for you. If you want to party in a beautiful location with incredible service, this is the hotel for you.

Rocky start but we left happy. When we arrived we were given a room that hadn t been cleaned and were left there waiting for 45-60min because of a management shift change. They gave us a free dinner at the restaurant, which was excellent. Otherwise the hotel was a great place to stay. Fun property and cool rooms. Staff very friendly. One complaint, aside from our arrival, was housekeeping seemed reluctant to make-up our room during the day. We put the please clean sign on our door a few times when we left and when we came back it had been switched to do not disturb . This happened more than once during our 5 day stay.

For $55 per person at the Beach Club (minimum consumption fee) this place is AMAZING. You have to make a reservation ahead of time but it s totally worth it. Definitely a great way to take in the beach at Tulum. The food is good, and the drinks are nice. The staff is friendly, and there are so many places to lounge. Also Yoga with Rachel is fantastic!!

This place is amazing. Really well designed, I love the chill vibe and the ambiance. Stayed in one of their bungalows which I thoroughly enjoyed - the bed is super comfy and it's pitch black and quiet at night which is perfect for a good night rest. Their Saturday DJ party is pretty well set up and fun.

I want to particularly call out Carolina one of the concierge/guest support staff. I forgot my work laptop at the lobby after I checked out and she managed to find a trustworthy taxi driver to send it to the airport for me just in time for my flight. Great service!

Overall I'd highly recommend staying here. It's one of the coolest most interesting hotels I've stayed in.

Beach club, great vibes! A really dope aesthetic & feel. Food & drinks are good. & the beach/water is really nice & relaxing. Only thing, the DJ can be a little more versatile & engaging with the crowd
