There was not enough pineapple on my pizza. And what was there you could barely taste. Need to do a little better in this section.

Service is cool, had hair in my pizza, but they fixed the situation right away, happy with the outcome.

The service was wonderful. I believe has name was Jason (not sure), but dark skin male in his 20s that did a entire show with making the pizza for my children the more they cheered the more the flips with the pizza.
He was super nice and my children was so excited we returned the following week(s)

Pizza is delicious but what saw one time the cashier didn't wash his hands after he assist people at the register and then he went and touch the pizza and he didn't even care .. but for the food I love pizza from here!!!

After, tonight im done. Been ordering from them every since the Oak Lawn closed, due to mismanagement and poor order filling. I thought after talking to the owners wife, my first delivery was resolved. But, i should have known. Some people keep telling me to leave Papa Johns alone and go back to Pizza Hut or Domino's. I'll find another place. I was suppose to hand him the previous pizza for the new one. He dropped it off before i even came to the door and drove off. If I could get my money back I would. Ill drive into the city first... SMH. Go to another pizza place DO NOT waste your time. I feel safer eating the first wrong made pizza at this point.

They are really fast and friendly. They'll bring your pizza out to your car after you order. And the is cool af. Top notch service. No BAP

Having issues getting orders right. Last time they messed up out gluten free pizza, this time it was the thin crust that was messed up.

The Papa John s franchise owner went above and beyond to make my order hot and delicious. I placed the order five minutes before closing and called to see if it was OK and he was polite and courteous. The delivery driver was working his first night and was very polite. The delivery driver also gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was 10 minutes away and I really appreciate it everything they did for me!

I ordered two pizzas by phone, I ask estimated time for it they say 30 min or so. I arrived an hour later and when I arrive they the cashier said "it isn't ready." I wait another 10 minutes and then I ask the guy in charge how much longer? He ask everyone and they can't find the pizza nor the order. So being told "it isn't ready" and having me waiting on a pizzas that weren't even made..... so then I have to wait even more time for the pizzas to get done.

While I am waiting, I'm observing how the entire staff is being super playful with the cashier and joking around with the rest of the crew; I understand it is important to have a good atmosphere upon coworkers however it is equally important be able to do your job at the same time. Now that I have arrived home, my pepperoni and sausage pizza is only a sausage. THANKS guys!

I've seen many a coworker order slices before the bus takes us to work. Someday I might order a large pizza. They used to give me plastic utensils for my lunch.
