Visited the swimming pool. Great facility with lots for kids and adults.
Sign in procedure needs revamping. Should not be instructor signing in and dealing with issues. 45 minute class started 10 minutes late. Appreciate pool being open but not enough time in class.
Two ice skating rinks, Leisure pool featuring lazy river, lap pool, jetted hot tub, Handicapped access waterslide, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, racquet ball and squash courts. Weight room and stretch areas, stationary bikes. Training and instruction available for most of the above. Friendly and approachable staff

Had a great time skating with my new skates today! Getting a bit steadier with my own skates...after a 41 yr lay-off ...oh well, at least I'm getting exercise! Even if it's with the help of the scooter

Cowichan Valley arena should be ashamed at what (Flynn's fish&chips)charges for a two dollar popcorn.

Ice hockey, skating, indoor/outdoor tennis courts, squash, racket ball, swimming lanes and leisure pool, waterslide, several fitness studios, a weight room, exercise room, spin classes, various excellent fitness classes. This place has it all. A superb community centre.
It's a good community resource with 2 ice surfaces and a well laid out pool. There's a sports fitness facility, tennis surfaces and community courses operated at the facility
Really really great for kids. Not so much adults. Lots of shallow pools and areas. Hot tub is not very hot and limited laps pools.
Good rec centre lived here all my life but the women at the reception desk are rude lizards always have been, try to avoid them. You're welcome.
Pool area offers waterslide, lazy pool, proper swim lanes and fantastic workout area that is welcoming to all levels of fitness. Relax in the clean and comfortable hot tub.
Good arena, good ice quality, tricky hallway for hockey, but a great lobby for the free skate!
Great gym with free weights and other weight machines. Elipticos have cable tv and youtube on the monitors of each machine. Wifi is the only complaint I have with the receration center; many apps do not load and apps that do register with wifi will be constantly buffering.
Great facility. First class. Fully equipped gym, hockey rink, giant pool slide, sauna, steam room, hot tub, good wifi, snack machines, coffee machine, drink machine, yoga and meeting rooms. Trainers available. Wheelchair accessible. Plenty of parking. Friendly competent staff. ATM available.
Only problem is the seniors that use the family change-rooms, I m sure they belong to someone s family but it s otherwise really annoying.
To respond to Panorama: Free swims are often happening concurrently with Seniors aqua fit classes, MANY of the older women bypass the women's change room and use the family room as it has available showers (until the familes need them) and even just yesterday, I saw 2 different female seniors not masking in the change room with kids around.... really lax practices from the seniors in the wrong change room.
Very clean, nice views for fans. Don't like the pay-for-heat heaters.

Great pool. Flowing river is largest in Victoria area and the waterslide has clean joints so it doesnt scratch your back. Ideal for kids under 14
I volunteered here in the summer camps. Everyone's so nice and understanding. I would recommend swimming, skating and volunteering here to anyone.

Panorama is a great recreation centre. They have a warm water pool, lap pool, fitness room, tennis, racquet ball and squash, ice rink, hot tub and sauna.
Quite big recreation center with a swimming pool, gym, tennis courts and two skating tracks. In the gym there are plenty of machines, which can satisfy almost everyone and let you enjoy your workout by offering a lot of different exercises.
Good skating rinks, well set up for covid restrictions. Overall a great rec center with a excellent staff
Great Rec center. My son plays hockey there and we get to hang out a bit. Nice trail out back if you bring your pup. Two rinks, a pool, indoor and outdoor tennis. Great people. COVID restricted a bit. But that will change.
Amazing pool, not crowded, cheep prices. Even a slide!! Worth it!

Truly a recreational center that offers numerous activities. They have seasonal schedules to suit everyone's needs from young to old. Hockey, tai chi, yoga, skating or dancing classes. Take your pick. Just call!
The regulars are the drop in weight room, cardio and aquatic activity like sauna , hot tub, pool & squash all year round.
Currently swims on Thursdays from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. cost only a twoonie. Can't get any cheaper!

great spot! I could see the mountains and water from the treadmill! took me 2 days to find a public fitness center in the area
