Panorama Landscape took over gardening maintenance of Sunfield Townhomes which is part of Fox Meadow in Longmont the beginning of this year (2015). It is a rather large subdivision having 168 townhomes. The prior landscape company had let care of our property slide and our plants and lawns were looking rather sickly. John Buccos is the landscape manager for our property. There has been a great change for the better since Panorama came on board. Not only have many of our residents commented on this, but a few people who live across from us have also remarked how much better our grounds look. It was necessary to understand that Panorama would have to correct some deficiencies before maintenance would be all that's required. John has been extremely communicative in that he is open to all suggestions presented by our board. His workers are always putting much effort into their work and their caring about our property is very evident. Also the workers are very friendly as well. My feelings are that Panorama has totally turned things around making our landscaped grounds appealing to the eye and well cared for.

Horrible customer service. Tech does half the job and leaves. After calling to find out the deal we are told they can't finish the job for 10 days. Similar problem last year with tree work. Hire someone else!!!!

Their truck got stuck in front of my house during the snow storm. The employees shoveled all the snow from under the tires onto our sidewalk and left it. Thanks Panorama for the extra shoveling you made for us!
Oh I called them. Left my info and never got a call back.

This company is a joke. Horrible management. Careless employees. Lack of accountability. Do not give these crooks a dime.

They did a great job on my broken sprinkler system! Showed up on time, professionally and fixed the problem. Invoice was sent on time, all details were handled. Nicely done!!!

I've had nothing but success from my two projects with Panorama at my home in north Longmont. First they installed a 6-zone sprinkler system in 2007 and it worked without a glitch for 10 years until one valve went out, quickly repaired. System is still running fine in 2020. Then this spring I had them repair some lawn damage I incurred in fall 2019 from an overdose of liquid Sevin spray. Panorama expertly installed about 450 sq. ft. of sod from Green Hills Sod Farm (Berthoud) and the results were a perfect blend with my existing 45-yr-old bluegrass front lawn.

Our Panorama designed backyard garden is the highlight of our home! From initial design to completion we couldn't be happier with the folks at Panorama. The backyard of our new home was a mess and in need of professional help. The project manager at Panorama listened to what we wanted and working with us, came up with a wonderful design which included creating slight rolling elevations where only flat grass had existed before.

The real magic happened, though, when the plan became a reality each day-by-day. In just a week the backyard of our dreams came to fruition and now we spend countless hours enjoying the backyard as an extension of our home. It's become our favorite room.

Made an attempt to do what the wind does naturally where I work and left my car and others covered in leaf and dust debris. The grounds actually look worse now. Thanks for costing me an extra car wash!

Like the last couple reviews, terrible service. Tried to schedule my winter blowout and left messages 4 times - the last one stating I would take my business elsewhere - then I get a call to schedule. When the scheduled day comes nobody shows up. Really poor service from what used to be a great company. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I've been using Panorama Coordinated Services for years and I absolutely LOVE them. They are always on time, extremely efficient and go above and beyond to make sure my yard is pristine. Everyone I have worked with at this company has been lovely. I will be loyal to them as long as I have a yard. :)

AVOID!!!! Terrible company constantly no showing for snow removal. No response to calls and emails for service updates from owner and staff. You have to beg them to show up for contracted assignments. Whenever they do arrive usually a day or 2 after a storm work is sloppy and 1/2 done. I first signed up years ago when it was Napp landscape... has gone steadily down hill from there. Rude staff member, Natalie, will try and blame you for the company's shortcomings. Pure trash!

Seems like this company took over/merged with Naap Landscape Service. Tried to schedule my yearly sprinkler blowout but all my emails and phone calls were ignored. Disappointed to see such a degradation in service - had to ditch them. Winter is not waiting until they get their ducks in a row.

My rental property needed cleaning for the next tenet. Carpet and
the rest of the house turned out awesome!! I would highly recommend
these guys.
