Pangkor Island Beach Resort Review

the pace was best hotel in the island , now closed will open on 2019 as per the website hope i can see it again

Lucky enough to spend a few nights here in an overwater bungalow. Greast clean spacious room with balcony, quite private and quiet. Lots of dining options all good, tired a different one each day! Take the bus over to the other side of the island and swim in the protected bay and enjoy a great seafood bbq lunch. Well worht the drive from KL and the short boat trip.

The resort is closed. The chalets were torn down and the property is out of bounds to all visitors. There is a securitu guard manning the main entrance to ensure no trespassing. Even their office in Lumut town and jetty is no more. Too bad. Loved the ambience of the resort. I do hope all the former staff of the resort are doing well and in good health.

Definitely feels like you're in a remote island beach resort when you stay here. While the activities at the resort are great, the rooms can be hit and miss. Our room felt quite unclean - as if they had to rush the room turn over before we checked-in. That being said, the overall stay was satisfactory.

Wonderful location with clean beach on one side, and scenic hills on the other. Encountered mostly friendly and helpful staff there. Room condition on the 'northern' side was quite good. Such a shame that this resort has closed down. Hopefully they will reopen in 2019 as stated on their website.

Nice and quiet place to relax and unwind. Plenty of activities and attractions for kids. Beautiful beach and lots of wildlife.

what happen to this resort and pantai telok belanga? last time go there more than 6 years ago..still not open until now

Very very beautiful beach resort. We were here in late February. At that time you can find this beach as a retired place. Be careful about monkeys!!! and enjoy this peaceful beach...

This resort fulfilled with my childhood memory. I really hope I have opportunity to stay in this resort in 2019 again!

Stayed here in 2009. Lovely resort. Clean and comfortable. Nice pool and beautiful beach. Well worth the boat ride to get away from the crowds of KL.
