Although I like Bill Pancakes office, I am upset that they dropped my daughters insurance based on my accidents.

Amazing customer service,made me feel at home. Front desk was very helpful I spoke with a female by the name of Shelly or sally not sure but an amazing experience an insurance office.

Bill Pancake's Office Representatives are an absolute pleasure to work with. They explained to me all my coverages and help my family with their insurance needs. This morning i called to ask about my policy and i was attended by a Representative by the name of (Jesus) He helped me understand somethings i didn't understand about Life insurance and my families needs if something were to happen to me. A++ Customer Service ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BILL'S AGENCY !!

I just want to say that Sebastian really took care of us he answered all of her questions before we had them he even joked around a little bit with us and he wasn t a complete stiff. I would recommend state farm bill pancakes office to anyone looking for auto insurance because they do their due diligence and really take care of your needs. Again Sebastian was great go check these guys out.

My husband and I recently moved to Florida and were sent to State Farm by numerous people. After 30 days of being new customers our policy was canceled because of an accident my husband and I were not at fault for. We were on I-4 East stopped in traffic when we were rear ended by another vehicle. We called to try and understand why our policy is being canceled for an accident that was not our fault. The receptionist took our call and sounded very inexperienced and unprofessional trying to explain to us why our policy is being canceled (which is not her fault, this happens when others don t want to do the jobs they re trained for). We told her we had no knowledge of this clause and wish to speak with an agent. She tells us our agent Sebastian was on a call and would call us back immediately to just leave him a voicemail...so we did. We call back after and hour of waiting to see if we could speak with him. We were told he took his lunch break and will call us when he has time. Thank you for showing us that yes, your customers are priority. Thank you for making sure no one communicated to my husband and I that getting into an accident that s not our fault would result in our policy being canceled. We proceeded to call the underwriting department and still have not received a clear response as to why our policy is being canceled. And still no call from our local State Farm agent. Continue treating your customers this way, your character will catch up with you.

I've been living in the state of Florida for about 16 years and I've never been satisfied with the insurance companies that I had before so my brother gave me the phone # of Bill Pancake State Farm located on Main Street in Kissimmee FL. When I called the receptionist transfer me to one of his sales representative called Sebastian Ocasio. To my surprised he not only knew how to explain to me everything that the insurance policy contained but he also knew how to answer all my questions. Thanks to the help he gave and the professional he was with me I was able to get a good insurance for my car and my house.

***I left State Farm after over 22 years. The prices have gone through the roof and they are no longer competative. I was being charged almost$1000 per 6 months after all my discounts. I put less than 5k on the car annually and haven't had any claims or tickets in about 10 years.

I have been a driver for over 40years. I have had many insurance companies. When I decided to move to Florida, I found STATEFARM AND MR. PANCAKES OFFICE. I would like anyone who reads this to know how honest, truthful and professional they are . Espically Ms. Roman. She went out of her way to suit my specific needs. I see this firm does have some not so kind reviews. I Disagee! They really do care about the client and not always filling there pockets. Quick response time is also very important. I hope to have a long relationship with Statefarm and Mr. Pancakes office.

Very grateful to State Farm Bill Pancake, the years I have been here in Florida and my agent TATIANA MONTERO who is always ready to help me, very good insurance company.

Initially when I set up my account after paying the first month my card was stolen. When I got a new one went back to have it switched over for the next month. The over due notices kinda gave me a clue that this did not happen. No big deal payed it and gave them the new card again to switch over...still never got switched over.....for for months and is still not switched and now I'm getting notices saying I'm overdue on months I have receipts for. I also got a message from them first telling me that my account is suspended because I did not have a motorcycle endorsement for a 50cc scooter and later found out (after much trouble) find out that this was not actually needed after all and they were not sure why I got that message. The real fun part is when they call you and put you on hold forever to fix their mistakes this whole experience with this office (and quite possibly state farm is a total and complete nightmare) Getting the runaround now about answers on cancelling with them at the moment. Will definitely be seeing another company for my car insurance this month.I mean if they can't handle a policy for a scooter God only knows what could happen with an actual car

Sebastian at Bill Pancake s State Farm office was a perfect insurance salesman and made what I thought would be a nightmare totally calm and unthreatening! From the beginning to the end of our consultation we were totally comfortable asking questions and the answers were clear. We were quoted severely under my expectations and the entire office staff were so accommodating and polite I wish we could go back to buy more insurance! Thank you again for everything!!!

We moved to Kissimmee in 2001 where we located Bill Pancake's agency as we had State Farm in Ohio. We love dealing with Matt, I can email him and get things taken care of which is very convenient. All the people at the agency are wonderful which is why we are still there after almost 20 years.
