Good quality quick food. Chocolate shakes are very good. Would have rated them 5 stars but they left a hot dog off my order that I paid for. Called and they took my name and plan to reimburse me and give me a hot dog on my next visit.

Ordered one thing and got something else! Receipt even had the correct item!

The only reason I come back to this part of the Tri-Cities is for Pals' French fries, their Pal burger, and breakfast cheddar rounds. Pal's isn't overrated, anyone who reviews less than 5 stars is WRONG.

The employees are Super nice. I go every day for my sweet T.

Amazing food and the line was super quick it was the best burger and chocolate milkshake I ever had their French fries are amazing this was my first time here and I travel 10,000 miles a month for work so I eat at a lot of different places. I would recommend this place for anyone in the area who hasn t ate here before or even if you have. Super friendly staff service here is top of the line. The line was all around the store when I ate here and it took less than 5 minutes to order the food and get it and go I was amazed I will definitely be back and eat again

I've been eating pals since I can remember. I'm 41 years old now and have lived out of the area a few times but every time I came to visit I would buy 12 sauce burgers to take back with me.

I literally get two double sauceburgers a day! I can't help myself. thank you Pal's

I wouldn't even give one star if I didn't have to to put this review up but this pals has horrible management and owners they put their tennage workers picture on a wall and they call it THE WALL OF SHAME. Shame on u pals for being so stupid you cannot do that they are minors

I've loved Pal's all my life. Don't think I have ever gotten any bad food from any Pal's. Food is always consistent among all of the Pal's.

Perfect everytime. I never have to check the bag to see if my order is correct.

It was amazing, great staff, very nice and polite. Food was amazing also, but most of all the staff were amazing at getting my food quickly and sufficiently. Great place, will be going back very soon.

I love pals but it's really hard to give them 5 stars after them changing the hot dog chili for that nasty cheap runny chili they have now

Eat here from time to time and when I do it's always good. I never give 5 Star ratings to fast food. Service is always fast and friendly. Just watch out what time of day you go, there can be a line all the way to the road.

Fast service and "Kitty" will hand you your food in the morning with a smile and a friendly word to start your day, while Morgan keeps things organized and running well inside.

The hamburgers were good but they weren't very warm and the buns seemed to be less than fresh.

I love pal's but today I got the worse hamburger in my life. The first bite I had to spit it out. The meat was old and dry!! I can't believe it. So disappointed!

Great food menu. Services was on top level. Amazing place. Sitting section was amazing with perfect lighting. Great atmosphere. Peaceful place. Burger was delicious and hit the spot.

sudden food in a flash!!! they've got the best fries around.. but seems as if there's been a change in the way they make their sweet tea, or something different in the process of making it, because they use to have the best tea around. now more so than not, it taste more watered down, or not as sweet. sometimes I still get that sweet sweet tea. it's not a big deal honestly, just giving my opinion. still 5 stars hands down!!

My favorite place to go for lunch! The food is delicious and comes out quick so i dont waist my whole lunch waiting in line!!!

Great food! My personal favorites are Chipped Ham with Cheese, Frenchie Fries, Hot Dogs, and their Sweet Tea. I love that Pal's uses large styrofoam cups for their Sweet tea, it keeps it cold even in the blazing heat of August. Other restaurant use waxed paper cups for their drinks and you're lucky if you get it drunk before the ice melts and waters down the drink.

Same stuff everytime. Which is why we keep going back.

You would hard pressed to find any place as good as Pals anywhere, my favorite things are frenchy fries and big Pal with cheese and chili. The sauce burgers are a great little snack. Give it a try asap

If you have never ate here this is definitely a place you have to visit. I love the chili burger and the cheddar rounds. Sauce burger with cheese is my son's favorite.always fresh always fast.ive ate here Alot! They have never messed up my order! Never.
