The installer Rosslan arrived at the appointed time and within an hour replaced the door to our full satisfaction. The installer was professional and courteous, and the installation went smoothly. I did not deliver the goods on time, I went to the factory for reception after coordinating with them, I got tired of trying and getting service, after about an hour I received the goods, took them an hour instead of 5 minutes
