I bought the martinique gazebo from overstock with great expectations due to previous reviews. Long story short arrived damaged, the manufacturer was contacted and they promised to send replacement parts that were never sent.
Overstock representative made me wait a month promising to provide all the broken parts, but it didn't happen. Now returning it for a new one.
Plenty of serious company out there.....

Don't believe everything you read. Palram does a great job. Best panels. Its been on my building for the last 15 years standing strong. Last time i had a problams not only the pay to give me new ones. But also pay for the labor. Good company keep on growing...
I met Mr. Swimm last week at the Global Shop Tradeshow in Chicago. He was very kind and they had a unique and fun booth setup at the show. He used the various displays to highlight their expertise. They seem like a great company with whom to do business!
