I couldn't have asked for a smoother move. The four team members helping my family move were outstanding - polite, hard working and courteous. I hope we don't move again anytime soon, but if we do I will most certainly use Palmer.
We recently moved a large home, and I will say all 5 movers were professional, kind and patient the entire day. It was a long day for them! (About a 12 hour day). We had a lot of heavy items as well. They also moved my 99 year old grandfather in with us from a second location, the same day. I can't say enough positive things about Carlos and his crew. They were tired by the end of the day, and rightfully so, but they maintained their work ethic and their kindness. Pricing was more than fair, and we were very pleased with their service. Will highly recommend.
This moving company was exceptional! They were on-time, efficient and a joy to work with. Gary, the team lead took the time to make sure that all of our needs were met. The move took 3 days and we had very huge and fragile furniture items that were handled with extreme care. The team was professional and worked hard and fast. They were organized and detailed. I would recommend this company and definitely use them again.

Albert, Bobby and Terry were the greatest. They were sent to unload a 20 foot shipping container from overseas to my sisters apartment and did an absolutely fabulous job. They were professional, efficient, very accommodating to all my requests and made sure that nothing was overlooked. Floors and carpeting was covered to avoid soiling or damage. They unpacked everything carefully and disposed of all the boxes and packing. They really made, what could have been a very stressful day....pretty enjoyable. Would definitely hire this crew again.

Extremely disappointed with Palmer's moving standards, the rush they have put us on so that a driver can get to a Florida job, plus the lack of professionalism and attention to detail. Cans were left throughout the house on wood furniture, child's crib was left flipped over, scratched and dented staircase ceiling, mattresses were left uncovered and bent, pictured and glass were on floor, paint was spilled, toilets were used all over without consent, clogged a toilet and did not tell us, trashed in house and on yard, packed bar mini fridge in a box, packed garage goods such as tools with bottle and cans of water, pop, etc. The list goes on and on. I've relocated 5+ times and this is worst experience I've EVER had. More to come as we are just a bit over 50% complete.
Update: 11/4/2020 - From bad to worse. Palmer had their driver continue to Florida and a 2nd crew came in to do the delivery. Items were shoved in the garage that did not belong there, furniture and beds were not assembled, bad frames are loose and yo can see the pieces loose and bending the frame. There are hutches and cabinets that are not attached that pose an extreme danger to my 3 young kids. Shovels were brought in the house dirty. A complete basketball hoop a portable spaulding "the beast" is missing, storage shelves are put down in front of my garage unassembled.
I'll post more pictures so people can see the service level. My move cost over $22k and this was a 2 hour move. Services have not been rendered that we paid for and I am extremely frustrated.
These guys were great. They showed up early, worked hard, were careful, friendly, and did a great job. No damaged or lost items, and they worked around every curveball that came up without complaint. I hate moving, but this part of the ordeal could not have gone more smoothly. Carlo quoted our job after visiting our house and Loiue was our foreman the day of the move. Both were amazing to work with.
We got three quotes from different vendors. Palmer was not the cheapest or most expensive, but everything is not about price. They were the most detailed and helpful explaining variables that can affect cost, how to plan in advance, and were a great resource for us all around. Next time I move, which I hope is never, they will be my only call.
I was storing some furniture for my mother. She hired this company to pick up her furniture and move it to her new house. One mover came inside the other did not. Items that should have been carried by 2 people were carelessly moved by one person. First thing he did was slam furniture into the wall. Leaving cracks in the plaster as a well as gouges in my 92 year old wood trim by mishandling furniture. The mover asks to use my Bathroom and pisses all over toilet and floor. Furniture was scraped across pavement instead of waiting for the other mover to help move it carefully. An antique chest that I asked for him to be careful with haphazardly put in truck then pushed across the floor. At one point the mover who did not come in the house reminded other mover to wear his mask. Mover proceeds to cough in others direction saying "RONA" "RONA". Completely unprofessional, and careless.
Moving is always hard. Moving in the middle of a pandemic? Extra hard. Unless you're working with Palmer. I've had to move twice over the last six months - including a few months where my belongings were in storage - and working with Palmer made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
I've now worked with three different teams of Palmer movers on move-in/move-out days, chatted with a few coordinators, plus trusted my belongings to their storage facility - everyone has been professional and kind, my belongings were treated well, and the moves were quick and easy. I have nothing but great things to say about the entire team and the experiences. I don't think I'll ever work with another moving company or attempt to move by myself again. Thank you for everything!
