Palmer Electric Company did an outstanding job replacing our Federal Pacific Electric (FPE) electrical panels. Their workers, John R and Alonzo A, are extraordinary. They knew exactly what to do and did it very professionally. Palmer is fortunate to have such competent employees. I will definitely use Palmer Electric again if I need electrical services.

Alonso and Daman the electricians came out to replace our old FP boxes this week which was an all day job. They were professional and caring to make sure everything was done in a day. They answered any questions we had and were just really nice guys. Sandy and Josh in the main office were responsive to any questions I had and helpful as well. PE coordinated with Duke Energy and Code enforcement which went smoothly. The whole process went well from a total team work aspect at PE. Also, PE bid was the best out of 6 companies. Thank you!

Hired Palmer Electric to replace 2 old Square D Trilliant panels with updated ones. The price was reasonable. The estimator was professional and the work was performed in a timely manner.
I wanted to thank Palmer for all their help. Over the 7 months it took to complete my job all due to Winter Park Utilities, Josh was on top of everything from start to finish and always giving me updates without me even asking to. As mentioned, this was over 7 months and he kept me updated through email so I always was aware of what was going on and had no issues with any questions I ever had. I told him I feel like I'm losing a family member now that the project is done because we have been talking for so many months.
I wanted to thank Fred for his professionalism and being very helpful the day he did my job with undergrounding and answering any questions I had the day everything was completed.

We were having power issues with an area of outlets in the kitchen. My problem was diagnosed with another company and was told the main breaker needed to be replaced. That company was unable to complete the work order the same day as guaranteed so I opted for a full refund. Blessing in disguise really. I reached out to Palmer who with a full schedule still came to see. Turns out the lugs for the breaker needed tightening and no replacement was needed. Save me hundreds of dollars. Unfortunately integrity is dying with these sort of services. Not the case with Palmer. You folks are awesome!!!
