Hi have purchased a few vehicles through this place, the latest was a 2016 Ram 1500. So far it has been a great truck, had a few issues right when I got it and they jumped in an took care of them no problem. Roberto in the service department is top notch and went above and beyond to take care of things while they had my truck, he provided a loaner and made sure nothing was over looked. He is a great guy, and so are the rest of the team members here. Thanks everyone!

This dealership is THE dealership! Whether you re purchasing or getting your vehicle serviced, this dealership goes above and beyond. Barbra at the front desk was so pleasant! And Richard in the parts department was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! He assisted me more over the phone in a day than my local dodge dealership did all week! Michael in the service department helped me quickly schedule an appointment for my vehicle and assured me that it would be completed in a timely manner! Overall I would recommend Palmer to anyone in the market for a Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep or Ram. You won t be disappointed.

Nick, Mike, Ryan and Richard were all awesome! They were engaging and very knowledgeable about there products. There was no moment I felt like I was being sold something, instead it was clear they were helping me to understand what was available and best for what I was trying to achieve.

Nick was great, he helped to work the deal and gave a fair deal for the two vehicles I traded in.

Mike knew his product and his team members item specific knowledge and was able to move quickly towards our goal.

Ryan listened to my goals for the build and was able to start working to secure pricing and understand availability of parts right away. He is knowledgeable about the lifts and was able to keep us from spending money when we didn t need to.

Richard was quick with the paperwork and knew the warranty information like the back of his hand. Quick and painless!

So clearly I m a fan. This team is so great to work with. I tried to engage other jeep dealers in prior weeks and I was met with ego, complacency and indifference. The Palmer team made buying a jeep fun. These guys are passionate about what they do and truly care that their customers leave happy.

Exceptional top tier professionalism by this dealership team - all the way around! Got to the point where it seems as though sub-standard is the norm in many dealerships... Upon arriving at Palmer in Roswell, my daughter and I were pleasantly surprised and impressed. Clean, organized, well run, friendly and positive atmosphere. Steve was terrific and an incredible vault of 27 years of experience and knowledge, really provides in-depth vehicle tour. He was all about ensuring we fully understood the vehicle; made a fair and generous offer, and was extremely thorough as we managed to steal his time late into the evening. DJ, as well, was very professional, organized, efficient and effective as we closed in on the financial final arrangements. In sum, this is the way all dealerships need to operate. We couldn't be more pleased with the standard Palmer sets, and coming from a "non-Chrysler guy" - they may have inadvertently created a "fanboy..." You will not be disappointed, see for yourself!

Very nice people to deal with. Even the personal that was not helping me at least spoke to me if they were in the vicinity I was in. Showroom, the lot was very well kept up. Very clean. The folks that took care of me when I was purchasing my Ram Limited, explain everything that was going on. Erol was patient when I was asking a ton of questions and when we sat in the truck, he knew everything about it. There are buttons and things I am still figuring out and finding on my truck. This Ram has everything. I love it! Great job Palmer Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram!

BEWARE: The clutch went on my wife's Wrangler whil...

BEWARE: The clutch went on my wife's Wrangler while we were in Atlanta. We are from Charlotte so we didn't have another mechanic to tow it to that we trusted. Palmer Jeep called my wife the next day and told her that the entire transmission was shot and it would cost SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS to replace the clutch and the transmission. We called our mechanic in Charlotte who told us they were out of their minds. We had our Jeep shipped back up to Charlotte ($760 WELL SPENT). The clutch was shot (as expected) and it needed a new flywheel... our mechanic charged us $1900 and said there was absolutely no damage to the transmission. Palmer Jeep knew we were from out of town with no options and tried to take advantage of the situation. I wouldn't trust these guys to change my tires!!!! I'd give zero stars if they would let me.

April 3, 2021- I came in to get my front brakes re...

April 3, 2021- I came in to get my front brakes replaced. I asked if I needed new rotors as well. Hiram said no, the mechanic would cut my rotors down and just put the new brake pad on the cut down rotors. They recommended many additional services, but I only moved forward with the brake fluid flush.

As soon as I left the dealership lot my ABS light came on. I went back to the dealership and Hiram tells me that cars just have issues and pleads his case on why it's not the service center's fault that my light came on.
I emailed the service manager & dealership owner about my experience.

April 8, 2021 - I return to dealership. The service manager David arranged a complimentary replacement of my sensors. I left and I know they did something differently because my car was riding smoother, or so I thought.

April 21, 2021 - I purchased new front rotors from an alternative service provider after a scraping sound (like I needed new brakes or rotors) became constant and unbearable. My front rotors were cut wrong and completely damaged.

This has been the service experience from hell!! The aftermath of one service created an entire month of vehicle chaos for me. I had to warn potential customers (especially female with out of state tags) that they will be completely ripped off if they schedule service at Palmer Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM.

Update 4/27/21: David and Hiram completely refunded my initial visit. They both expressed their sincerest apologies for my inconvenience.

I was very satisfied with the selection of vehicles. Buying my new truck was a great and easy experience. Very professional and always seemed answers to my questions to ensure I given the correct information. I didn t even leave my house and they made the entire experience extremely convenient.

Made appointment Thursday for service appointment they scheduled me for Monday 31, at 8:30. Arrived place was closed, employee saw me waiting didn t say anything till 15 minutes later couple more employees arrived didn t acknowledge I was there waiting. One gentleman that looked like the manager just ignored everyone that was there waiting and went inside. Other person older gentleman in blue shirt bald who drive a black charger pulls up next to us and says service closed reschedule for tomorrow. When asked why would you schedule for today he just through up his hands and said you just have to reinforce tomorrow and drive off. A little professional courtesy. Would rather dive 40 miles then to return to this place....
