Once in Lifetime!
That aptly describes our visit in summer 2020. Rest assured, I will do anything possible to make sure it isn't just a one time event, because I cannot imagine a better beach vacation for my friends and family. EVERYTHING was top notch - the location, the rooms, the beach, the food, the staff... I'm telling you they've nailed it at Palmasola.
And while everything is stunningly ideal, it's the staff that makes this place so darn special. Every detail is attended to... they get to know you and your preferred drink/meal/activity... they'll move the dinner setting each night... I'm telling you, it's over the top without being overbearing.
They really see their assignment as making your stay unforgettable - mission accomplished!
We traveled during the year of COVID, and their protocols made me and my family feel as safe there as we do in our own home.
Really, they think of everything - but if you think of something they haven't, it will magically appear or happen the next day. My highest recommendation,

Exceptional in every way! I have had the privilege to vacation at Palmasola a few times, and each time my expectations are exceeded. From the moment I was greeted at the airport, the thoughtful staff took care of any possible need. Water for the long drive, a greeting with a heavenly chilled and fragrant towel, oh and a tray of signature cocktails upon arrival! The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. The food is always fresh, flavorful and delicious. I am a vegetarian and at every meal considerations were made by the chef and staff to make certain I had something wonderful to enjoy. Others in my group had dietary needs and had the same experience that I did. It has been said in other reviews, and I concur, the STAFF is just incredible. They do your laundry for you, and when it's returned it's wrapped up like a beautiful present! I have been trying to get a large family reunion on our calendar, and I know exactly where we are having it!

I had the pleasure of visiting Palmasola Villa and experiencing the tranquility and luxury of one of the most beautiful private resort Villas in Mexico and the world. The attention to detail is second to none, and the food presentations are incredible. There is nothing that they cannot accommodate. Palmasola is a true gem of a property. I highly recommend a stay at this one of a kind place.

Having had the pleasure of visiting Palmasola multiple times, I can honestly say it is a perfect beach destination for friend groups, couples or families. With activities ranging from yoga, spa treatments to beach toys and karaoke, Palmasola appeals to a wide range of interests. And I cannot forget to mention the fabulous food and most attentive staff ever. Cannot wait to return in 2021!

Palmasola is MAGICAL! If you have the opportunity to stay here you will be absolutely amazed. The setting, the accommodations, the beach and most of all the amazingly attentive staff are all the best in the world! They are like magical elves who work around the clock to make sure you have everything you need at all times (and they are also a joy to spend time with!) I have had the pleasure of being a repeat customer and have had the best family trip ever and also the best "girls" trips ever. I am counting the days until my next stay!

Wow! This is the most incredible place that I could have ever imagined! The Palmasola Team are outstanding, everything you need will be taken care of with a smile, and maybe a drink for you:) My recent trip was one of the best experiences, they entire staff did a fantastic job of caring for all of us with regards to COVID concerns, they had prepared with ever imaginable protocol to assure for our health and safety. I will go back to Palmasola ever chance I have to be in this wonderland experience. One of them most rememberable events is dinner every night. They surprise you with a new location and and new menu, you might have live music, fireworks or a lovely chandelier dinner on the beach with the sounds of water in the background! Thank you Palmasola for a life time of riches!!

I have been lucky enough to visit this place more than once (mostly during the spring time each time), and it is magical. You can see from everyone's photo (including the ones I attach to this review) that the property, immediate area, and all surroundings are first-class (luxurious, clean, safe, etc.). The photos do not convey, however, the incredible service at Palmasola. The staff pampers you like none other and everyone strives to ensure you have a great time, whether it's sitting on the beach, playing in the ocean, or going on a fun day-trip. Lastly, the food is awesome. The on-site chef has a great reputation, and he (and his staff) deserves it.

I was lucky enough to experience this wonderful piece of paradise! Everything about Palmasola is top notch including the beautiful and spacious rooms, the amazing beach, the delicious food and drinks, and last but not least, the superb service. I can't even being to express how outstanding the staff is at Palmasola. This place is truly magical and I can't wait to go back!!

My trips to Palmasola are some of the best vacations I have had. The staff is incredible. Every need is met with kindness, graciousness and a huge smile. You can fill your days with activities (swimming, paddle boarding, snorkeling, yoga-to name a few) or you can happily sit on your lounge chair and take in the gorgeous view. Palmasola is a great escape for families, friends or a couples trip. The food is amazing, the rooms are spacious and beyond comfortable. It is a perfect escape and I can't wait to go back!

Palmasola is truly a magical place! The location is superb, the rooms and facilities world-class, but what really sets Palmasola apart is the phenomenal service provided by the wonderful staff. Pro-active, unobtrusive, ever helpful, the staff works to make each visit unforgettable!
