We have been using the Palm Court for our business meetings for the past 8 years and have to say that the team are always very professional and personable. Headed up by Jay the GM, Rebecca and the rest of the team deliver outstanding customer service and we (Sweet P Catering) can't recommend the Palm Court enough!

My extended family and I have had the most wonderful holiday together at the Palm Court. All the staff were so attentive and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious especially the kippers. Great value for money. Thank you Palm Court.

We have just stayed again our 16th year running! Excellent staff nothing is too much trouble and they make you feel comfortable and very welcome. Reception staff amazing. The meals for breakfast and dinner are wonderful! We will definitely be going again next year for our 17th year!

We held our wedding reception at Palm Court on Sat 19 Sep 20 and can only thank the staff on a fantastic job. Given the conditions imposed on our reception the staff worked tirelessly to ensure our requirements were met and a good time was had by all. They kept all attendees safe without an authoritarian approach. Last minute changes were catered for with no fuss and we were kept informed throughout. We would both like to thank Steve and Adriana for their assistance, expertise and efforts to make our day extra special.
P.S. Breakfast was great!

My mother and I went for morning tea and was totally disgusted at the miserly amount of food we received for a lot of money. The pieces of cake where so small that it was not really worth having. We feel it is an overpriced rip off. Julie Gray

Palm court is definitely one of the better place to stay in Scarborough!! The parking facilities are excellent, the hotel is always clean and well maintained. Having stayed in others in the surrounding area, I must say this is by far one of the better ones!!

During a weekend away with my wife we stayed in the Glaisdale Suite which was spot on and a beautifully presented room. One thing we noticed was what a friendly relaxed atmosphere it is at Palm Court Hotel... the staff couldn't do enough for us so we'll certainly be back!

Always a treat to have afternoon tea here. Plenty of sandwiches, plenty of tea and almost too much cake! Service can either be fab or a little bit and miss. On our last visit there was a large party if us booked in advance but only one serving person seemed to be allocated to us which made the service slightly slow in terms of refills and requests. But, a fab atmosphere and when there's less than 20 of you, the service is fine. It was a bit cold in there when we last visited but this may be because we were near the door, but this won't stop us returning.

Me and my husband Decided to try the champagne classic afternoon tea on arrival we were greeted with a nice welcome and seated to our table. Service and food was nice although the ribbon cut sandwiches were cut to different thicknesses. More

Rooms nice and clean, staff pleasant and free parking which is a bonus in Scarborough. Location is also very good both for the town and seafront.
Breakfast was very bland, in fact the field mushrooms served with the full English breakfast were so tough and dry I could have soled my shoes with them! Breakfast was so disappointing we decided not to try the evening meals at the hotel and ate out every night instead.

Didn't stay at the hotel itself but had afternoon tea there. We arrived during the worst storm the UK has had for years and parts of the hotel including the lounge had no electricity. Not the hotel's fault, sometimes things happen. The staff member we dealt with, Laura, was incredibly helpful and friendly. She repeatedly apologised and set us up at a table surrounded by candles. The food was lovely, there was plenty of tea and the lack of electricity made the visit a bit more of an occasion. No complaints at all.
