Staff professional, attentive, knowledgable and freindly. Facility always clean and tidy.

Very clean, very friendly helpful staff, we check out movies all the time for our travels you can keep them for 14 days which is great.

I love printing stuff there for school, it's nice and quiet, friendly staff, and is the best place to study and get books.

One of my favorite locations in the Palm Beach County Library System. The building is huge and well lit, the staff is friendly and wonderful. Be sure to check out the solar orange tree chandelier in the lobby.

I am so happy library is open! Checked lots of stuff to work on and stay home.

I stopped by today (day before Thanksgiving) to pick up some movies to watch on holiday break. Got there at 4:57, walked in and was greeted with a "we're closing in 3 minutes". I then was ogled by 3 or 4 other staff members and one tried to help me find what I needed so that they can get me out the door. I felt staff was kind of rude. I thought they would be open their normal hours, but I guess not on this day. Normally this wouldnt bother me this much, but felt like I was pushed out the door. They could've handled that better.

We moved up here from Broward County in July. I have never been to such a nice library. The staff is so helpful, the facilities are so clean and there are so many amazing offerings for both children and adults. We love this place!

This library chooses not to allow ESA animals for those who have a medical condition that requires these service animals. So although even airlines allow medically deemed individuals to bring their animals, this library has no regard for mental illness.

This library is probably the best one in the county. Its big. It's quiet. It has plenty of parking and lots of activity. The staff is very helpful and unlike some of the other libraries on the county it's actually quiet. You can almost feel that everyone is waiting for the librarian to say something if they are too loud. So much in fact that I can hear my flip flop flapping when I walk in there. They have lots of books and if you are a manga addict like me you will find a good selection. Same thing with their graphic novels. Love it.

Love this place. Living out in Lox my whole life, I have to say this is easily the best library I've been to. Seeing it get built and seeing the growth of the library events and overall atmosphere makes me happy and proud to have this library in my area.

We love the children's section and the Librarians who host story times. There are activities for children of all different ages. The family bathroom in the children's section is great with toddlers. It has an adult seat and a child size seat, as well as 2 sinks. The seperately roomed teen section is nice and allows them just enough privacy to talk, select a book, or use a computer, but not too much because it is still visible through the glass.

Great staff, very organized and clean. Best part, open even on Sundays and open late weekdays.

I went a few times to study and this library, to my opinion, is the best one. The library is very clean also is very quiet. The staff there are nice as well.

Beware- classes advertised are not always classes- sometimes they are videos. Check before you travel.
