I can stay comfortably. I think that it is a good hotel to spend leisurely.
However, if you want to use WiFi during your stay, even if you use paid WiFi, it is almost useless, so you should be careful if you seek the Internet environment. There are many restaurants in the city and shops that offer free Wifi such as massage shops, and the speed is fast, so anyone who needs an internet environment is recommended to use the internet throughout the city.

It is convenient for diving and sightseeing because it is directly connected to the boat dock.

Wonderful service! wonderful staff ! They got there own pier. So you can take a rest only few minutes walk after go rock island tour.

Check in:

Upon arrival, we were not met by anyone.
The checkin person was exceptionally rude and discourteous. We were not informed of any hotel facilities or restaurant timings.

Rooms:

The rooms were fairly good, comfortable and cleaned to a fairly good standard. Air conditioning however, never kept temperature. You d often wake up sweating in the night. For some reason we were given two twin beds and it took the hotel 3 nights to correct. And good luck watching tv as the content is hopeless.

Internet:

It works when it wants too. Speeds are occasionally good before it grinds to an utter halt. Most commonly, you are kicked out and have to log back in each time you touch your phone.

Hotel food:

Well it s just shocking. The whole place is geared to Asian tastes. The food lacks any sensitivity to different cultures or religions with most of the dishes either being filled with pork or shellfish (buffet). Additionally, the restaurants are extremely harsh on their hours. For example, the lunch restaurant closes at 2 pm but if you arrive at 135pm your told your too late and that s that (I actually questioned the wait staff on why the restaurant refused our entrance and they told me, the Chinese eat early your late, I did complain with little Impact. Once food is obtained, it s extremely bland (no salt no seasoning) and the quality of meats found questionable (I doubt many people would feed that food to a cat).

Swimming pool:

Three days into the vacation, and it s been virtually impossible to get into the pool, as there are always scuba diving lessons being performed.

Service:

This hotel will nickel and dime you for anything. If you would like food reheated, there is a charge. There is no sense of service or care. Almost all written text is in either, Chinese or Japanese and it s a very unwelcoming feeling, to have very little English communication.

House keeping:

Sure they will make your bed, even change your towels. But that s it. They don t change bed sheets and they certainly don t square the room away. I m not actually sure if they even use a vacuum as the same heap of sand has been in place for 3 days.

Pool or beach service:

None.

Room service:

Service discontinues at 930pm, so be quick. The menu is fairly limited and appears to mirror the offerings from the pool bar (which sucks).

Overview:

This place could be a lot more, it s the lack of effort and care that is really notable. And the clear fact, it s so geared towards the Chinese majority that it lacks any consideration for people outside of Asia and seems to bypass local culture or custom.

We have two days left and honestly and sadly, we cannot wait to get out of this place. We travel often and it s just been a horrendous experience. We have been left with no sense of care or respect.

We certainly won t be back, 5-6 days was more than enough. Go to Malaysia.

This hotel needs proper management.

I used it for 2019 Golden Week. It was a very comfortable hotel. It is also recommended that you drink a beer while looking out the room as it is all rooms ocean view.
There is also a 24-hour coin-operated launderette ($ 2). There are many staff who can speak Japanese, so I'm relieved.

The equipment in the room is not too new overall.
But it is still very comfortable to live
The environment is beautiful and has its own dock. It is very convenient when going to the sea for snorkeling.
The buffet in the restaurant is different every day and the taste is very good.
Although the price is slightly higher, it is definitely the first choice for accommodation.

I stayed at this hotel on my honeymoon.
As long as I was in this hotel, the conversation was fine in Japanese, and it was convenient as it was the starting point for various tours. Furthermore, the food was delicious, and the entire building was a good hotel with an unusual feeling.
I would like to use it again if there is an opportunity.

It is convenient because optional tours often leave this hotel. Cake and bread are delicious. There is a pond where various fish and sea turtles swim on the first floor.

Beautiful resort with private beach, staff is friendly. Rooms are quite big and clean, however it was very cold and wasn t able to adjust the temperature. Meals not included in booking. Options for buffet and menu order for every meal.

Best Customer Service ever. Compare to other Hotels. Kids had fun with Hotel Amenities. We are definitely coming back again. Hopefully soon!

We went to dinner at Palau Royal Resort and opted for the buffet. It was very delicious. The number of different dishes was very high. the wine list was varied and we decided for a French wine. The staff was very attentive and the ambience appealing. We like to come back.

Location is great for diving and close to the central city. Staffs are friendly and the food is great! There are a beautiful pool and nice beach in hotel and we really enjoy it. For diving, here is the place!

The shuttle bus stops and the surrounding area is excellent. Breakfast gets a bit tired for 3 days.

This place is beautiful we did not stay here only visited. We had lunch and my wife enjoyed the spa treatment they served us homemade tea that was amazing I want to fly back just to have the tea. One of the most beautiful views on the island.

The rooms are clean and safe as they are courteous service.

When snorkeling came back, it was the first to get off the boat and return to the hotel.

If you just want to VISIT - use their pool and beach and lounge chairs, it s $40 but they give you $10 credit to food or drinks. It s a good deal if you have 4+ hours to kill, soaking up the sun, taking a dip in the lagoon (there are fishes!). It s mainly Korean. The pizza is terrible, so try something else!

A decent resort, and their membership prices are lower than Palau Pacific Resort. But their cocktails aren't the best, and their beach is definitely less nice.

It is used in deydream Diving of 2019/02 / 12-0216. It was a very good resort hotel! If only one bathroom is used, it would be awkward that the entire washroom will be flooded! It is not a problem with piping and it is the cause that it is poorly built. We were also aware of hotel employees.
