Big park! ! There is a fountain, there are many children and families, and you can enjoy the leisurely nature
One of the most beautiful buildings I have ever seen. Stunning architecture and a gorgeous waterfall. A must see if you are in Marseille.
Good park, to walk around, and play with his children damage for lighting in the winter before the park closed, very dark
It is the fountain created by Napoleon to inaugurate the arrival of drinking water.
Beautiful park, too bad for parking, complicated to park.
I was sorry not to visit the natural history museum because it was closed for works.
Beautiful palace !! The planetarium very interesting the guide more than perfect with the children
On the other hand, some of the staff of the Museum of Fine Arts not nice no smile, no patience a little disappointed
If not again
I just love. Reading his story is great. It is to see in Marseille.
The most beautiful monument in Marseille, which has just celebrated its 150th anniversary
Beautiful fountain but the park and really abandoned
The perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Large green spaces, beautiful gardens, a place where it is good to walk. To discover urgently for those who do not know it
There is a museum, a playground for children, rides for children, animal statues (old zoo), drinking water points, a beautiful fountain and a museum. It's a place full of stories and charm
This park is magnificent and dates from the early 20th century. The building is the work of a great architect. This is the fountain that gushes water that arrived in Marseille coming from the Durance.
It just lacks children's games
animations on the spot
The place is really huge compared with what I have imagined. Unfortunately the fountain is under construction so the Palais looks less beautiful. Overall if you have around 1 full day in Marseille, I still recommend going there sightseeing.
Pretty little park with a nice waterfall at the museum entrance
Very nice park where you can sit and walk quietly. To spend 1 great time with family or alone as it was my case ..
Different and relaxed stroll while listening to the flowing water.
Magnificent palace! Nice walk in the park and the old zoo. Too bad the animal sculptures are in this summer
When I went, the fountain was under maintenance . ,But the park is nice to walk around.
Always a moment of pleasure but unfortunately the state of the park is deteriorating. No toilets open (never) which pushes some to make their need in the park not to mention tons of waste thrown by users.
Beautiful to look at, well maintained. Was worth it.
It is one of the most emblematic tourist attractions in Marseille. Worth a visit.
my favorite park in Marseille, shade, space, and games for children
It is an excellent park it is really very very beautiful
Beautiful attraction in an otherwise desolate neighborhood. Associated museum not been in.
Very impressive place with gorgeous views and an upper garden revealing statues and coffee shop.
Back in this fabulous park where I walked my daughter when she was a baby for a techno party Circle, it was fabulous! This site is wonderful, one of the most beautiful places in Marseille that has just celebrated its 150th anniversary. It was built to celebrate the arrival of running water in Marseille.
Very beautiful place, too bad the park is not maintained or enhanced. The old Zoo is painful to see.
To visit, and beautiful, and the picture does not reflect the reality of the place
Very pretty park with this waterfall fountain to make the one of Treviso pale. Yes, I can assure you that it is much more impressive and very well renovated. The only complaint is the weird people who are here and there and the community gatherings that don't have much to do here. Good visit.
Very nice park and architecture. Museums do not contain top works, but there is still interesting work. This gives a new experience: getting and taking time to look.
Great park there is everything.
- children's play area (several)
-mange
-bath
-mini zoo (fake animals that children love)
- little pony for a mini-price ride ( 2.50)
- drinking water fountain
- several shady places ...
The park is generally clean apart from the toilets (sure to leave with a pathology if you go there.)
Very family friendly with many play areas for children, rides, pony rides and karting. Well shaded. The only downside is the condition of the strollers' paths, it's not obvious! @
We spent a lot of time on this walk, it was nice. The monument has character. Just for this park it was not at all practical!
Beautiful park and beautiful monuments, visited only in the evening (unfortunately I can not say anything about the museums) on the occasion of the Pride, how much life!
A monument that you must see if you come to Marseille
A worth seeing place! It is worth giving. Unfortunately, it is not easy for families with prams - there is no elevator and the entrance to the park is possible with detours.
Very nice park too bad there are graffiti incisors in the park dirty papers not picked up
First. And in the morning, when the only ones present are runners.
Very nice par on the day of our visit closed due to the party and fountain just in the maintenance but even so it was very nice to tempt: _)
Beautiful park, with its history and these museums, interesting.
Very beautiful with waterfalls and a lot of history
An emblematic place in Marseille, one can relax and cultivate with its two museums: Natural History and Fine Arts. There is something for the little ones with beautiful playgrounds. Bowl and carousel are in the game and for fans, a few meters, the Observatory of Marseille and Grobet Labadie Museum. In July this splendid site hosts the now famous Jazz Festival of 5 Continents. In short, the Palais Longchamp is a must for Marseillais and visitors
Nothing special. The architecture is very pretty, as well as the fountain, on the side where the museums are. But park side is to review. Lack of vegetation, we just have old grass. It's littered with butts, corks and so on.
From the old harbor scarcely 2 km up on foot or by tram. Pleasant park with a view.
