Paladin contacted me with a great position. The company is very friendly and professional and easy to work with. The onboarding process was quick and easy with this company and my recruiter, Marlon Monsalve, has done a great job of following up and staying in touch with me over the length of my contract. Marlon has been the best recruiter I have worked with.

I was contacted by Marlon Monslave via linkedIn about a position he was trying to fill for a major company. He was prompt and professional and very accommodating. The guys at Paladin made the hiring process seamless and stress free. Even when I had needs conditional to my accepting the position, they went to bat for me and got everything I asked for. Even when referring a friend looking for work, they responded eagerly and reached out to my friend as soon as I got off the phone with them. I would definitely suggest this company to anyone in the job market right now!

Asked about my previous pay history and I kindly refused. Told me he could not proceed further and try to argue with me why all his clients gave that information. I worked with many recruiting firms and never had to give my past salary history. The recruiters name was Marlon Monsalve.

I can say so many wonderful things about this agency. My recruiter was Marlon and he made everything so smooth and stress free. He walked me through step by step so there were no surprises along the way . He was able to get me on at a company that I absolutely love and help me prepare well for it . Paladin has been so helpful with any questions I have had and whether I reach out to him or someone else in the company they respond right back and get it figured out . I am beyond grateful. I definitely would recommend them and I brag on them to everyone. They truly care.

Paladin Consulting Inc is my current employer. So yes I am a little biased. The people here are friendly and are always trying to find new inventive ways to let our Paladin Field Employees know just how much the are appreciated and respected. The Company atmosphere has been inviting and I have learned so much while employed here.

Placing the right talent to the right positions is a focus that we at Paladin take very seriously. If you want more out of your career then just another boring job, then you should work with us.

Save your gas! Job hunt w/o this agency. I had a face-to-face interview with Julie Wilkes yesterday after she had told me on the phone she already had a p/t job which she felt was perfect for me. No one does face-to-face interviews anymore but now I know why Paladin requires it. Upon arrival, there was no greeting from the receptionist. I greeted her and her response was, "What's your name?" Then she handed me a pile of about 50 pages to read and sign and took me to a small room to get started. Keep in mind that visitor parking is only good for 1 hour. But Julie and the receptionist expected me to complete the packet (which included questions about my employment history, education and references, which Julie already had in my RESUME) within that hour. Shortly after I started on paperwork, Julie came in and began the interview. She left well before I was done with the packet. When I realized that I had only 10 min left to finish up and needed to move my car or be towed, I asked the receptionist if I could take the employment history, education and references forms home and then scan and email them back. She told me that none of the forms could leave the office. When she asked if I could come back to Paladin to complete them, I said no. I drove about 35 min to get there on toll roads and did Paladin reimburse me? No. So I said, "I guess those forms will stay blank then. She has all that information in my resume anyway." Then she asked me to give consent to a form that I intentionally left blank. The form said they wanted permission to use my background and qualifications for their promotional materials. I refused and I have the right to. To this, the receptionist said, "Unless all the forms are signed, we cannot put you forward for a position." So I said, "Well, thank you, but I'm not signing that." And I left. They are extremely unprofessional to the degree that their policies are RIDICULOUS. Why do they need to know my cell phone provider? Yes, that is one of the stupid questions they ask on their forms. They really deserve 0/5 stars. Also, another reason they requested a face-to-face was probably so they could try to determine my age, which is age discrimination.

Marlon Monsalve reached out to me on LinkedIn with a job that seemed to good to be true. It was my first time using a recruiter, and I had my doubts. After a few phone calls and interview prep, I got an in person interview with the employer. A week later I received an offer for a mechanical engineering position. I ve been working at a new job for one month now. It s great! Maybe it was good timing or maybe he s that good. Thanks either way!
