Nice classic feel and decor, clean spacious and well maintained

Love smoke free environment! Friendly, helpful staff

One of the lower rate casinos on the coast and I find it to be a bit less friendly than the others. It is one of the only smoke free casinos which is a positive if you dont smoke.

It's a casino! It can be luxurious because people throw money at them like it's not a big deal, yet same people will walk right past a homeless veteran with a sign asking for a dime and not even glance let alone give them anything more than more than an attitude.

Great place to stay overnight while traveling. Safe hotel for single lady with a little slots thrown in for fun.

I don't like casinos that much, but I must admit I was impressed by this one. They had a wide variety of games and the food at their bakery (The Italian cream cake) was amazing to say the least

alright better places to go like the hard rock ..looks like musicians museum.

So happy we chose this place to stay front desk customer service was excellent the rooms were amazing really enjoy the spa day I had the young lady that was the attendant was very friendly so happy this spot was a smoke-free environment

Like all casinos, they take your money, but it's smoke-free. That's wonderful!

Wow that was nice! My hair and clothes still smell great after four hours in a casino! Love non smoking!!

Love love love the Palace. It's nonsmoke, the foods pretty good, the rooms are clean and I like to gamble here.

Food and service at buffet us great however, slots are terrible for penny machines unless one plays two fifty and above playing minimum bet even in the bonus round pays
absolutely nothing.

Centrally located in the casino block of Biloxi. Free parking garage and a very good cheap breakfast buffet.

This review is only based on the Casino and Coastal Buffet, Casino is well laid out, tons on machines new and old various gaming tables 100%%% Non Smoking yes Fresh Air, Buffet more food that you can shake a stick at, use your players cards for Hugh discounts..Fun Fun.... Enjoy

Awesome Thursday night dinner buffett. Everything was fresh and hot at 830 pm. They never rush you out or start closing down early. Very happy with them.

My wife and I like coming here but covid has made things difficult. I understand the precautions that are being taken against the virus and I have no problem following rules. I've never had a complaint but when some people abuse their "power" then it takes all the fun out of coming. My wife was playing and I ordered a drink and this one particular security guard stood there the whole time and watched me to make sure I pulled up my mask after I took a sip. I was not only uncomfortable but I felt harrased!

My room was very nice. I really just loved the fact that the casino is smoke free. My eyes didn't feel itchy, no feeling sick. It was a nice and clean environment.

Went to the buffet restaurant for lunch, great selection great food great service, being served from the buffet areas.

Lovely place. Not crammed with machines where you feel cooped up.

It doesn't get better than The Palace. Every stay we have here is wonderful. Gorgeous room, smoke-free environment. Will stay many times in the future!

I'm pregnant so it was great to find a smoke-free casino my husband & I could go to. Every staff member was on top of any need/want you had, and always happy to help in any way. They were always making sure the place was clean and their machines were in great working order. Will definitely go again when I can have a few drinks.

Great Staff in all areas from Buffet to Contacts Sports Bar !! They took care of myself and all my Casino Friends last weekend !!

You can tell this is a non smoking casino. It was the least crowded of all of them we visited.

We really enjoyed our experience at the palace hotel.

My family and I had a excellent New year's day buffet at the palace. Excellent prime rib and seafood the comfort food was fresh vegetables. We will be going back
