Rude staff. Didn't have what I was looking for. Not keen on going back

Always a good experience friendly staff and very helpful

Not happy. No 140g Kit Kat, spent $80 only got 6c fuel discount. Many other things not stocked, looking to shop somewhere else.

Very large, has ALL the food you need, though light on the gluten free frozen section like pastry. Otherwise fantastic deals and heaps of room!

Really impressed with the customer service I received from Morgan at Pak n Save Wainoni. She was polite and friendly and organised a refund over the phone so I didn't have to go back in to sort it out.

Shelves are very high if you want something from the top . If your short, too bad lol great for bulk buyimg though

Good place to go for your shopping and fried chicken better than KFC

I find it cheaper than other supermarkets I like the deals they have on certain days. Staff are friendly and I enjoy the shop and go the $2 mocha and the sticky club deals for petrol.

Love this place, awesome food and seafood great customer service and cheap prices, they also have a cafe there for customers to have a coffee and they have a sticky club card for petrol, Christmas club card and a lotto store, heaps of freshly made bread and very affordable, absolutely love this place

Poor customer service. They refused to let me in to use the ATM which no one was using unless I queue with the rest of the shoppers for 15 minutes outside. Countdown here we go !

There are some excellent staff working at this store which makes for a pleasant shopping experience. Good range of products with an ever expanding specialised range of meat and fish.

This place is big you can zip around get it done and gone. The people that work there are so helpful and always with a smile.4 star from me..

Ok store staff arent very helpful and the shelves were not very well stocked...

I shop here everyday but today I was waiting at self service for a good 5 minutes waiting for help as weight wasnt adding up. Ask 1 lady who was really rude and told me to wait as she was helping someone else and mean while 2 other ladies totally ignored me and carried on gas bagging. I left items and walked out. Disgusting customer service lately at this store

The most cheapest price of any sales item dry and wet good.

Excellent Paknsave due to its size and proximity to my home. The best thing is the bakery there fresh daily made bread is phenomenal. I gave up Bergen soy and linseed bread for there Mixed grain sandwich slice soooooo yummy

I normally shop early and today I was reminded why. On the positive front , the young man on the counter was delightful

My favored Pak'nSave in town. It's new and roomy and has a great range of products for good prices. There is a guy named Gareth who remembered me out of thousands of people and got me a pack of cigarettes every time he saw me lining up at the cashier for my weekly grocery shop. I don't smoke anymore, and moved away from the area, but when I'm in the neighborhood I stop and shop there.

Good deals from the stickman, staff are really friendly.

Cheap (for New Zealand) shopping, rich assortment, efficient service.

I like the way they put my fresh fish , crabs and prawns in a plastic bag and wrap it on a paper. And the lady she served us she's very helpful. Thanks pak and save Wainoni.

Very good for budget and higher class product - day have it all..cheaper than places around - for travellers NZ is a bit more price than other countries arou d but this place save you some $.
