We shop at pakn sav all the time the people ie the staff right down to the security guard are really nice people and always easy talk to and to help out if needed it's good times

wasn't impressed with operator Arlene lane 2 when I got groceries at 13:55:07 today 9/06/17 only words she spoke to me was ....do you need bags.....So no hello no thank you.feel she needs to learn some people skills.

Not the greatest parking in the weekend on a rainy day, but when you get in it's fine.

I like shopping at Wainoni Paknsave because it's close, has good specials, never had a problem with their meat, its always fresh. Enough parking, friendly staff and its clean.

Clean, presentable and a good variety of products. Disturbing having some customers filming with their phones. I found this quite intrusive. Lack of security visible.

Just great to get in to shop, so easy to walk around to get everything you need . No hassle .

It's a supermarket. Does its job pretty well if you do mainstream groceries :)

Usual supermarket, but watch out for kids running loose around you while try to sort your business..
Monday and tuesday nights around 7pm are benefit days so be warned for people in PJS or whatever

Asked a staff member where an item was and they told me to look at the signs above the isles. Rude

The reduced prices are far from reduced! The checkouts are always smooth sailing. And great place for baking goods.

Go the Christchurch pack n save is better than the Hamilton one

Never go at 3pm. Place is a mess, out of stock and a lot of kids running around being naughty. Totally different at 9.30am in the morning. Well stocked and tidy. Most staff are friendly

Thank you to the man in fresh fish for the icepacks to get my fish home fresh. (Live 4hrs away) Just eaten the fresh Salmon it was superb. Very good specials across the store. Lowest 91 petrol in town @$1:84. I'll definitely visit again next time I'm in Christchurch. Thank you to the Manager. Excellent service comes from what/how the Manager treats his staff. Generally an okay place to do shopping. However it can be difficult to get some products because they are constantly out of stock or grossly under ordered. Do not always believe staff or management when they blame it on their supplier, Foodstuffs. It is a standard excuse they use and I have heard too many times now. Other PAK'nSAVE stores in Christchurch can keep their shelves well stocked, why can't they. I now do my weekly shop at PAK'nSAVE Moorhouse where the shelves are well stocked, and if there are any out of stocks, they are genuine.

Preferred the layout & construction of the original pre earthquake store. Remember the original west facing store being built. Was so exciting to have one on the east side

I was in your Wainoni Store this morning and the quality of your fresh produce is the worst I have seen it.
I have a green smoothie each day plus all the berries etc to go in it. Cost is not a factor for myself but quality is. An example. No more Kale at your store, but its stocked everywhere else. Out of season I was told.
I also consume Salmon like its going out of fashion but no more salmon either. Too expensive for the customers I was told. Just to name a few things. I myself have worked in the Industry with Foodstuffs for years and know all about the purchase and selling of the fresh produce but to have to sort through each time I come into the store , to find something fresh, is not a good thing for your business. It is that noticable, that today I asked a staff member at the checkout if the place had changed hands. She asked why I asked and I told her why .She then explained you have a new management team. So you cant say I am just having a winge.
I have recently returned home to NZ after 15 yrs away and raved to all and sundry about your amazing food, but no more.
Sadly I will now need to go to the opposition for something fresh and in stock. I know this will more than likely be deleted before you finish the read but I am not the only one to notice this. Damage to a business through cost cutting in areas so important is done pretty quickly.

Very big staff not that helpful, but it don't mind that they do have low price. But normally have a product limit on sale item

Still have to check reciepts everytime as scanners often miss the discount price and scan full price

This is a great supermarket. I used to go here before the renovations and it was good then. Now its AMAZING! Beautiful layoir and seriously this super has EVERYTHING. Such great deals and nice staff.

Good nice and quiet not mention people of you go there before 10 am

Im a part-time worker here, and the staff that I work with, are very friendly, work extremely hard, and do their absolute best to help out any customer who requires our assistance. The best part of the job, is simply helping out the customers, and finishing the day off on a high.
