Outside looks ridiculous so never bothered to go inside!

The theater consists of a lobby and an auditorium. The auditorium is a cinder block room without a stage. It is adequate for viewing a performance. I don't think it is handicap accessible.

Known this place for over 20 years. All those stars tell the story. The Bride's a homebase for world music, contemporary dance, performance and family-centered you-name-it. It's got a welcome for everybody.

Keia accommodated us on short notice. And if they're that good on the spur of the moment, they've got to be amazing on everything else!

I was a guest here and attended an eclectic modern dance performance here. Was not aware of this venue prior. It was an interesting experience in a very colorful place. I would like to return for another event.

I was very impressed with PAINTED BRIDE ART. Not only it is conveniently closed to the old city of Philadelphia, but it is also strategically located in a nice and quite neighbourhood. Besides, we had a terrific and wonderful audience filling up this medium size theater. The show I watched was the ninth time performance at the PBA theater of the University Tamagawa Taiko Drum and Dance which was also very impressive. The fifty very carefully selected students were so in sync (not even a slight mistake) in both their drum and their troupe dance performance. Eighty minutes went by too fast. My daughter and my son loved it too. On our way out to the exit door, all Tamagawa University student performers (and their dean) stood on the left and right sides of the aisle to say "thank you"(again) to the audience. They did so terrific on their performance, yet they are so humble. I'll bet you don't see this everyday. It was totally worth it to be part of The PAINTED BRIDE ART audience. We'll definitely come again for the next show.

Nice facility for dance performances. However, it has been announced very recently that building will be sold & not replaced by Painted Bride organization. May not be available for performances in the future.

The Painted Bride is a performance venue and gallery that hosts a variety of artistic events ranging from live music, themed soirees and visual arts.

The theater area is very intimate and is great for viewing a musical performance.

Went for a reading. The facility was lovely and staff helpful and welcoming.

We went here for a Holiday Show.

The only thing that I was impressed with was the enthusiasm and positive energy of the two young ladies working the bar and taking tickets. 5 stars for them.

I visited for an event. The space was beautiful. Location is great. Would revisit.

Went to an Art Exhibit. Was a very friendly, professional, and clean environment.

Great venue with ample leg room when seated. Good sound and lightning. Convenient location.

I went here for a comedy show. The comedian was great, the sound and music was great and the jokes were funny. The place has amazing art pieces and is a visual treat!

Best place for Salsa parties in the city. Great programming of alternative local and international artists!

A very diverse arts space showcasing performance art and theatrical performances. This venue is also available as a rental spot for private affairs.

The gallery is OK but the vendors for catering are not all honest. One of them hired my son to work all day, and didn't pay him. The vendor couldn't be found afterwards, and the staff at painted bride refused to provide contact information, claiming privacy

It was a beautiful performance atmosphere was great but was very warm had a great time
