Page Rehabilitation Review

If you're a fully functioning adult with your nuerological status intact then sure this place is okay. Unfortunately if you have an elderly family member who needs help to communicate good luck. This facility has the communication skills of a repressed teenage boy who didn't recieve enough love as a child. Sure the receptionist tries her best but she can only transfer you to the correct number. The nurses are essentially useless for any information. When asked if my grandfather was taking a very specific sedation med she responded with "If it's ordered, he's taken all his meds".

I choose 1 star because I had to choose something. Poor communication, short staffed and not very attentive to patients. My stepfather required IV fluids for low blood pressure and dehydration right after he was transferred to another facility. Don t send your love one there.

This is a place that nobody wishes to be. But if you need rehab for heart attack stroke car accident or other types of injuries. these people are here for you to take care of you and bring you back to good health. God bless them.

Tell me how a business of this nature has a defective bed and the patient keeps sliding out of sometimes mattress and all and do nothing about it!

My brother was in Page rehab after a short visit to the hospital due to a fall. He was there for two weeks during the pandemic.
We had no contact with him or the facility, my brother has dementia and has difficulty using the phone, my sister( his POA) called the facility everyday to get information, they never answered the phone or her messages. the only time they contacted her was the day he was leaving.
when he returned to his Assisted Living Facility the head nurse contacted my sister immediately and told her , my brother had lost a significant amount of weight and had a serious wound on his toe, and it was possible broken ! Mind you this was during the pandemic when we could not visit, I would think a facility would have the consideration to keep the family informed, since we could not be there to oversee his care.
I am truly disappointed with this facility I had a family member there 4 years ago and was very pleased with the care. I would not recommend you send your loved ones here.

My Mother is temporarily residing here, recuperating and is missing her purse and clothes. The woman in charge stormed into my Mother's room and demanded to search her belongings, which she did, claiming that the missing purse was either there or had never been dropped off. My Mother is being disrespected by senior staff and cannot wait to be cleared for release. If your loved one is unfortunate enough to reside here, please check on them to make sure that they are not being treated with the same disrespect or having their possessions taken from them and then told that they never received them! This is a no-star facility and no one should house their loved ones here!

Everytime I go it's a pleasant experience from the front desk all the way to maintenance workers. The nurses, and medical support staff are always willing to talk to me. There is no bad odor around. I am happy my friend is taken care of in a compassionate manner.

My mother is in the Burroughs section. We visited her today and took her out side in their private area. Several of her friends joined us. It was a beautiful day. All caretakers are so pleasant.

I visited a family friend but he was sleeping, so I left a note. Staff was friendly and helpful. Patients were out and about enjoying the nice day. Everything seemed clean and organized.

My father was here and the staff was amazing!! My father was happy and and we knew he was in good hands!! The therapists worked with him on a daily basis and he was walking before we knew it!! We were amazed on how he recovered so quickly! I would definitely recommend this facility! Thank you Page field rehab for taking great care of my father!!
